also, the boosts ended at daychange even though the alert said they were for 25 hours and they didn't turn on until dawn/sunrise.

As for it not lasting 24 hours, yeah for some reason I thought day change was the time that the bonuses are update. I'll give everyone a bonus X6 XP day now to make it up to people.

I guess I was just guessing? I can't speak for anyone else but I never hit anything human, like a soldier or a cop. I was only hitting inside places where hunting npcs would happen anyways and never did anything to warrant getting any notoriety.

and it seems a bit odd that the list went from empty to the longest it's been since you brought it back in just a few hours, and on the same day as this event with all the npcs spawing everywhere.

The list is empty now, and the event is well in the past, so I'm going to mark this as fixed. <3
