The only thing that give percentage to remove against is retaliation as if they were hitting Ephriam and Tierney, in addition to Sawyer. We've never had any issues with the offline tactics - ever, as we would still be notified even if we were missing in attacking - until they were disabled for the war. The problem isn't that they're lowering our chances, but the fact they aren't doing anything.
No swinging, no missing, no hitting.
It's not reading our tactics at all.
