MM System not creating stories [f]

I've noticed that all the ones you've created so far are for 8 character sized groups. Would the group size have any affect?

I'm always setting my group size to 2 people and usually for the speed of one post per week.

I've tried it with various settings on both Oksana and Sephora.

However, I just created one on Caligrace - and it went through perfectly.

So, I really do think it has something to do with posting requirements, but that still doesn't explain Myk.

Okay, so, it does look like post count - but still kind of buggy.

Sephora was able to create one after she hit 5 posts and her banners started showing up, but Oksana's been past that threshold and still can't create one.

It's because the forum knows better than to let him be exposed to more people. *nods*

yeah it's wiggy... and I can't help but wonder why it's such a selective bug, if it isn't post count..... maybe it's user group? I need to reread that banner bug and the two businesses related bugs that are current. I'm prob., way off base but I'm thinking they might all be connected somehow. Nothing like any of them (that I can think of) popped up before we switched to the last server, and that had several issues attached. Perhaps there was a loose end that didn't get tied up or was missed at the time?

ETA: The only thing I did differently was fill out all of the boxes instead of leaving them as "None" or "no".

I repeated the process for this account and have managed to create another story.

I think that gives proof... of something.

Yeah this seems almost definitely related to the "new member" usergroup or whatever it's called. However, I can't think how that would be posing a problem. I'm also not sure how older characters are being classed as new members, in this case.

I've added a debug message to the confirmation page in question. Let me know what it says for you, if it's still not working for you?

But, here's the rub.

The ID it's showing in the debug message there is indeed the ID of the Bugmod. But yes, it's joined that thread with both Alex and the Bugmod. The second character to join was Alex, so that to me indicates it thought you were logged in as both, and added them both to the thread. Unless you did click to join with Alex later and didn't realise?
