So this happened. The only two people in the room are myself and Fitz. Ripper hadn't been in for over an hour. Something still seems off here.

I hadn't had Fitz in for ages, and at that time of that happening only Akakios and Dhara were in Chat.

I'm starting to wonder if it's looking at a range of time instead of the past hour.

Also, to note, no XP has been given in the past 4-5 hours. It's not a new thing, though. It seems to skip several hours and then hand out for several, even if no one's active in chats.

After testing last night, not saying anything at all does prevent you from gaining any EXP.

Who did get EXP doesn't make any sense though...

There was no xp when the talking occurred, but the same people involved received it 4 hours later. I noticed earlier that people tend to get XP for 4 hours after they last spoke. So it seems like the code is looking at a window of time to give xp to?

If this is indeed consistently 4 hours, then that would indicate to me a time zone issue. Can people confirm this to be true?
