As Valdimar mentioned that his phone was indicating this round of speed dating was up, Meara's phone started to chime in her jacket pocket. She fished it out quickly to silence the noise, glanced at the notification, then dismissed it as to not detract from her current experience. Meara felt like it had only been about five minutes instead of the likely near half hour they had spent chatting and skating. Time flew when one was having fun, and was indicative that her first pairing went well. As Valdimar asked to exchange info, she was cautiously optimistic he felt similarly.
"Yeah I have a message too." The redhead spun effortlessly under the man's arm before gliding to a stop. "I will text you my next couple gigs, and you can let me know what works well for you?" As she spoke, Meara was opening up a new contact tab on her phone then offered it out to him to type in his digits. "I would be happy to have you attend."

The two would already be able to contact each other through the app, though some apps could not be trusted. If they had each other's details in their phones, it would be more... secure. Not the details themselves so much as the budding friendship that had bloomed in the past half an hour. Meara offered her phone and Valdimar plugged in his contact details. As she was the one who said she'd message about gigs, he didn't see the need to get her details, yet. He'd get them, eventually.
"That sounds like a plan," he said, handing her phone back. "It was a pleasure to meet you, Meara," he said, gesturing toward the edge of the ice and the seats that awaited them. They'd need to remove their skates and get their own shoes back before they could go anywhere; they'd each have to message their new matches, too, to let them know they were on their way.

Once Valdimar returned her phone, Meara looked over the content on the screen before putting it away into her inner jacket pocket. Her blue eyes spied the approaching bench, though she didn't take the lead over towards them. While Meara could skate well on her own, her ways of stopping were not as refined and usually entailed sitting her butt down on the ice or grabbing onto the boards. So she sort of hitched a ride over on the male's arm, and as they slowed down, Meara stepped up onto the carpet covered platform.
She glanced around for a few moments before locating where their shoes had been left a few feet away. She reached over and grabbed her heels and Valdimar's shoes, and set them in front of the bench she sat down on to start untying her skates. One by one, the skates were replaced by black pumps. She stood up, pressing her weight onto the balls of her feet to ensure the shoes were secured to her feet. "Pleasure's mine." Meara added with an easy smile while picking up both of the skates by sliding her hand through the space between the boot and the blade, using the unsharpened edge as a handle.
"See you soon." Meara said as she leaned over and squeezed a hug against the man's side, then turned to head back towards the main pavilion.
