Nimrod, I have Oscar. I'd happily throw him into a breakout plot. He broke out of a loony bin himself. He's Kira's newest. If he's welcome.

Which maybe also means Oscar could come across Anemoi? I'm not too sure.

I'm working on the start of Nimrod's breaking out. I'm sure Logan has no problems with more people being in it.

He was under Eirik, wasn't he? I'm sure the player wouldn't be opposed to you recreating, but you'd have to start from scratch again. :/

I hadn't gotten that far with him. Isn't against the rules to recreate the same char tho?

So long as you create them under the same sire, you're fine. If you created the same one and put them under a different sire, then you'd be breaking the rules.
