That works to protect the healthy human.. don't go in. But there's currently nothing from keeping that healthy human from going in and whacking the hospitalized one again and again to keep them injured. That was my concern.

I don't recall a healthy human going in an attacking an injured human being possible, and if it is now, I think that'd be a bug? They shouldn't be able to considering it would just be like someone going into the shadow realm, being able to injure a vampire and keeping them there - so, a form of griefing, really.

I've been working on the assumption that they can given the hospitalized human can attack but a vampire cannot. I figured it was a race thing (ie humans can, vampires cant)
But I haven't tested it.

Every's thrall, Locryn, has been hospitalized, if any human wants to go take a whack at her to test this?
Also, I split the conversation from the bug report because I imagine navigating through it all might be a hassle to David later on when he's trying to decipher whether or not the initial post was an actual bug.
Secondly, if you guys have an issue, please contact one of our mods. Chloe and I would be happy to help sort things out privately. Please remember to be nice, guys.

What Lora said. Don't want a few whacks then don't go visit the confined in the hospital ward especially if one of yours helped put them in there. Lesson learned. Wait till they get out preferably in the street at a distance or behind some bushes. Really this has always been a known thing. Dominique nearly lived in that place the last six months of her human/paladin life. The ice cream was off the hook and so was the company of a delightful old guy named Rupert who is sadly missed.

We've had this discussion before..it USED to not dump humans years ago. David fixed that at least two years ago, if not more. Maybe some research should be done before suggestions or assumptions are made. There's no benefit or hiding for long

Exactly. Esli was visiting Gids and got dumped twice. Was delivering an awesome bouquet. Dom lived in there not to hide but thanks to her street fighting antics. Probably was the longest duration of hospitalizations.

Well see once the 7 days is up ... any defeated Humans Should be getting dumped out too. If they are wounded or not ...
The front desk helps out with Wounds. All you really have to do in there is steal anyway. So you should be able to have money for healing .
If they aren't getting dumped out at the top of the hour when their 7 days is up ... That should probably be looked at and fixed.

Thanks for the offer, Every. Wandered over and tried both a skirmish attack and a power-based one. Safety off in the settings too, just to cover all bases.
Got:
The security in this hospital is too tight for you to attack a human here.
So if the security level is too high to attack, why are hospitalized humans free to attack as seen in the bug report?
