I'm about three characters into the whole powering up while slowly completing the tutorial to maximise EXP, and have had all three characters out and about (for a short time as well, like Josh mentioned), and this is the first time I find myself with a completed checklist upon my return.... Hence this thread.

I decided to put to the test the advice y'all give newbies on the welcome thread. I admit it has been nice leaving with 10+ levelled characters, but this thing with the checklist is a bummer : /

For the record, I just took Nadezhda out of the tutorial to go buy some clothes.
I came back to the tutorial, and was able to complete the tasks:

You are currently in the tutorial. Click here to see your tutorial task checklist, and earn rewards. You can skip the tutorial at any time by going to the EXIT at 10, 10, Tutorial Hub.
You completed your task. You earned a reward (1000 EXP).
Now head back to the tutorial checklist to see what's next.
You deposit $687 into your account.
So I still don't understand why it is that Megan got cheated out of the remainder of her tasks. And I'd like to know whether or not it is the actions taken outside the tutorial that determine whether one can complete the task list upon returning, because it doesn't seem consistent at all.[/font]

I'm getting this with the hacking one. I mean I can 'skip' it and get the 1k in rpp, but I just did the hacking and it's not registering that he did it. I've also been coming and going out of the tut to get the xp in sewers at night, so idk.

The bug would be allowing people to continue with the tutorial after they leave the area. However, it seems like the message isn't showing up, so yes I'll mark this as a bug.

Just out of sheer curiosity, what is the reason behind players not being able to complete the checklist if they have been out of the tutorial? If players can come and go from the tutorial until they reach level ten (and do no harm or be subjected to no harm), why are they not allowed to continue the checklist until they are at level ten?
