< Adelita > A small pout formed when she was on her feet once again, in...Adelita looked around, as she tried to figure out just where they were. Were they in River Rock or was this Swansdale? Adelita typically stayed to the north side of town, with the exception of Newborough where a forge and weapons could be easily procured from the thugs of the underworld. Adelita believed Blake about his shadow comment, which made the petite Mexican woman wonder if anyone who learns how to be a shadow and the possibilities; mostly the perverse kind. Oh, what the woman could do or get away with while she wasn’t being seen by eyes.
“Lead the-” She started speaking as Blake already started leading the way while Adelita imagined endless possibilities that would benefit her, once she learned the shadow side of things. “Okay.” Adelita had not a single idea how he knew where Sirena might be, but she probably had an even lesser chance of finding the woman than she did. Maybe some sort of sire, childe relationship she didn’t know about, or didn’t possess. Adelita never knew where Elighan or the others were until they told Adelita or she stumbled across them. “What will we do when we get there?” Adelita was out of her element, big surprise. It wasn’t every day in her world, at least, that someone tried to drain her thrall of all her blood and then vanished from the scene without an apology. Or even a single word.
<Sirena> As she pulled her knees up to her chest she wrapped her arms around them and laid her head down on top of them. They were close. She could feel it. She wanted to believe that everything would be alright, but she knew it wasn’t. She was going to lock herself up in her room after this. She would never come out and never hurt or kill another human again. She wished it was that simple, but she knew she would have to leave the room at some point. Something would draw her out or she would lose her mind after a while, so maybe locking herself up wasn’t the best option.
Sirena resembled a frightened child as she thought of all the horrible things she could do in the future, and despite those thoughts and images that flashed through her mind she still didn’t want to give up her life as a vampire. She was starting to smell the corpses now. Human may not be able to smell the bodies rotting at this point, but she could, and it only made her question her sanity further.
She had to keep herself from going completely insane and she had to keep from killing others. She doubted her own will power now, so she knew she would need help. Adelita…. She was probably angry with her. She was afraid to see her face or disappointment or anger. Blake was coming… Blake could help her. She knew that much. Maybe it was time she started taking some lessons from him...
