--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--

* Dominique liked to hear things going smoothly. Victor wouldn't be making house calls right off the bat.

* Wilson nodded, "First and foremost..." he pulled a wad of business cards from his pocket and laid them on the table. "Learn my number. Memorize. Do not put it in your phone. If you get pinched, your phone is evidence. Memorize all important numbers. Do not store them. Clear your call history.. nightly. If you are going somewhere ..less than conducive to the publics interest, power your cells OFF. Cops like to track people on their hot list by cell tower pings.

‹Mkvenner› And, y'know, what he said. He knows this stuff.

* Dominique nodded slowly while sliding her hands into her jacket pockets. "Fail to do that and it will cost you."

‹Wilson› "also.. Don't talk to them. Do not say ****. On the back of my card.. is a polite message to law enforcement that you will not speaking until I arrive. Say nothing hand them my card."

* Jameson Dade nodded at Wilson's words. He didn't actually keep a phone for more than a week at a time. He picked up so many of them, it just wasn't practical. He leaned to grab one of the cards on the table, stuffing it into a pocket.

‹Mordechai› "Phones, are overrated."

* John Doe doesn't think he'd have to worry about that. If the cops knew who he was they wouldn't give him the right to remain silent, they would simply silence him for the murders of their brothers in blue. Jane listens intently nodding at Wilson's advice.

‹Wilson› "Oh.. and if any of you are dealing with alimony.. child support.. let me know. It looks a lot better when I have a thick file on my clients about legit legal issues.. if you know what I mean."

* Dominique wondered if any of them were using their known legal names. "Who all here is brilliant enough to be using their legal names?"

‹Wilson› "Wait.. "
‹Wilson› "If you arent.. I dont need to know this.. I have reasonable deniability."

* Dominique hoped like hell no one said they were.

‹Wilson› "as far as I am concerned .. you all are. I can step out, if it needs to be discussed."

* Jameson Dade went back to sipping his drink. He didn't carry his own identification, so it didn't rightly matter.

* John Doe shakes his head. "Nothing on paper for us," Jane says. “We're pretty well off the grid.”

* Wilson looked at the Mantrap - "Do I need to step out..?"

* Dominique looked at Wilson. "I don't think you want to miss this. As all should be running."

* Mkvenner nodded, "You all get it then. Fantastic. Now, basic ground rules," his expression turned serious, "You don't rat. To anyone. Especially the cops. You don't talk out of school, and you definitely do not talk to anyone outside the club about what happens at this table. Your cuts are to be worn at all times, unless it's a bad idea - like when you're in the middle of committing an obvious crime - but always, always when you're in Church."
‹Mkvenner› We clear?

‹Wilson› "Indeed."

* Mordechai finally worked the piece clear, wiping the sevin inch blade on his jeans, his eyes never left the lawyer as he nodded in ven direction, "Clear"

* Jameson Dade nodded again. He had a special outfit he wore for jobs anyway, and he had grown up with criminal parents. He knew the rules just fine.

* John Doe nods. "Clear." Jane nods along with him, the two in sync as her voice chimes in with a "Clear".

* Dominique looked around. " Prove 24/7 you want it . We find it on any other shoulders but yours there is a special kind of hell to pay."

* Wilson slid at look at the mantrap, he wasn't that chivalrous anyway.

‹Mkvenner› Final less than happy thing - if you guys have issues with anyone, club brothers or not, you speak with Dom here about it. Taking care of disputes is what she does.

* Mordechai raised an eyebrow towards the tattooed pixie, a rare smile on his face, "Perhaps you wish to see the difficulty of removing my leathers?" he queried

* Dominique grins slowly. She had fun sorting out issues.

* Jameson Dade glanced towards Dom, the lady who had smiled at him before. Something told him she didn't always use conflict resolution to get things done. "Got it." He finally said.

* Wilson knew it. She was deadly. She was probably the one that killed the less fortunate members for infractions, and then went back to baking as if it were nothing. Note to self. Give her a respectful distance.

* Dominique looks at Mordechai. Then Jameson. Finally HOPE reached across the table and took one of Wilson's cards and tucked it in the inside of her jacket.

‹Mkvenner› Now that that stuff's out the way... we should probably address the elephant in the room. And I don't mean Mordechai leaning against the wall there.

‹Jameson Dade› "Chuck Norris doesn't lean against walls.." He murmured quietly.

* John Doe glances to the problem solver. Vampire. Definitely had to be. Who else could police vampires for infractions but one of their own. He didn't keep his eyes on her long though. He went back to scanning the room. ""Got it". Jane looks thoughtfully at everyone and smiles her own understanding of the situation.

‹Wilson› "He would if he saw him..."

* Mkvenner looked around the table, "Pretty sure most of you know this already, but I'm hearing a couple of pulses. So let's just put it out there. I'm a vampire. Yeah, I said what you think I said. Dom's one too. We're real, we exist."
‹Mkvenner› Now, there's some of our kind who don't like it being known that we're a thing. They'd kill me, they'd kill you, if they knew what I just said. I, personally, don't care what they think. We're a family here, and families know this stuff about each other.
‹Mkvenner› We won't eat you if you don't try and put a stake in us. Fairly simple, right?

* Dominique rolls her shoulder and looks over to Wilson counting the beats per his heart makes while looking at his neck.

--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--

* John Doe knew it! The fear of the unknown was quickly replaced with the memories of ******** Number Two. These ones seemed nothing like the now-dead vampire though. At least not yet.

* Wilson had learned of the existence of vampires, the hard way. But he had missed the cue that said the Mantrap was one. She looked .. healthy. And Ven, well he just looked like he had had one or ten too many long nights in a row. But it was duly noted. He frowned. "So .. forgive my ignorance.. is it safe to say then.. you are never going to be arrested..? Because you.. will.. " He paused.. fly away? that sounded lame. "get away .. somehow?"

* Dominique looks at him. "No, because I will find where you sleep and hang out under the bed and make sure you keep them all away."

* Mkvenner grinned, "In my case? I can go invisible and just waltz on out of there. But Dom's her own creature entirely. Can't speak for her."

* Mordechai smiled as he tucked the knife away, "They have tried, they have failed..."

* John Doe 's sister pats John's shoulder as it understanding his thoughts. "It's okay, we aren't all like him. You know this." She looks up at Wilson's question. As an inexperienced fledgling she couldn't figure a way to avoid being arrested if it came down to it so the answers from the others of her kind needed hearing. She couldn't go invisible so that ruled that out. John was always there to get them out of trouble so far. Sometimes into trouble truth be told...

* Wilson made an impressed face. Then the monolith spoke. Him too? Yes. Keep him happy. "Alright then. That makes my job easier. Thank you."

* Jameson Dade had been told by his sire not to reveal anything about vampires, though he didn't really have strong feelings on the topic one way or the other. Outlaws and all. Everything was just layers of secrets, and it was secrets that bound thieves together or...something. He nodded again before glancing briefly towards John and then Wilson.

* Dominique chuckled. "Don't get all worried. You are safer than ever in here than you are outside this club. Will tell you that much. The fact you survived up until now says you have what it takes to be a Night Lord. Once you help with business at hand, of course."

* Mkvenner chuckled, "Seeing as Dom's let the cat out of the bag... let's get down to business shall we? All in favour, say aye!"

* Mordechai grinned towards the lawyer, then silently, in less than the blink of a human eye appeared behind him, one massive hand resting on the human’s shoulder. "I do not fear those that seek to oppress

* John Doe nods to his sister and then glances back to the others, his gaze catching Jameson's for an instant. John's eyes immediately drop. "Aye."

* Dominique "Aye!" She didn't pause to think about it.

* John Doe 's sister grins, "Aye!"

‹Jameson Dade› "Aye!" He wouldn't have shown up if he hadn't been ready.

‹Mordechai› "Aye"

* Wilson felt the hand which was large and intimidating land on his shoulder. He tried to speak, but ended up having to clear his throat really well first. "Aye."

‹Mkvenner› Right then. To business. As you know, right now we're in Redwood. At the moment, Redwood is controlled by the Yongheng Triads.
‹Mkvenner› Now. I don't like that. My bar's here, our club's here. Your club's here.
‹Mkvenner› So we're going to take it the hell back from them.

* Dominique nods slowly as Ven says it nice and clear.

* John Doe nearly chokes when he hears the name Yongheng Triad. It seems like he may be more use than he'd thought previously.

‹Mkvenner› Seems our new brother over there has something on his mind. What's up John?

* Dominique shoots a look at the quiet one. "Speak."

* Wilson scratched his jaw. Yongheng Triads. Damn. They were nasty. He looks at the guy who choked.

* John Doe 's sister pipes up. "Just so happens that a few of them tried to get a little randy with me at the club the other night. I killed four of them, John enthralled one."

* Jameson Dade knew a little about the Triads from what he'd heard on the street. Pretty solid gang from what he understood, but anyone could be made to give up a part of town, if it was too expensive to keep.

* John Doe looks over to Jane, uncomfortable to be the center of attention so suddenly. "Yeah. I sent him back to get scope out one of their warehouses. I was going to go in and... do stuff."

* Mkvenner 's smile widened, "Is that so? Look at you earning your rockers before you even knew what they were."

* Jameson Dade was pretty sure a smiling Mordechai was one of the most terrifying things he'd ever seen. He finished off his drink and put the empty glass on the table, arms folding loosely over his chest.

‹Mordechai› "I will bring more" he spoke directly to Ven, "And ammo. And swords"

* Mkvenner nodded at Mordechai, "Okay, so I'm pretty sure this guy is a walking second amendment."

* Dominique was impressed. So it was true what was said about those quiet ones. Dark eyes drifted to Jameson and Mordechai who was...yeah that was a smile. She felt her hairs on the back of her neck tingle.

‹Mordechai› "They will cease"

* John Doe seems to wither under the gazes of the vampires, even in the face of praise. His sister's hand stays on his shoulder, to him a lifeline why he stares at the table hard enough to bore through it. "We were going to blow it up," Jane says in her usual cheery voice.

‹Jameson Dade› "I can do whatever needs done. You got a safe needs cracking? I'm your guy."

* Dominique winks at Jane. "You still might."

‹Mkvenner› Well, that's the question isn't it. As of now, our plan is basically just 'we're going to do this'. We need to work out the hows of it all. Which is why we're all here. So. Ideas? Floor's open.

--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--
‹Wilson› Enthralled? Yes that was what he said. So he was a vampire too. So He and James.. were the only two.. who weren't. "Just exactly how much damage can the average vampire take? I ask .. because.. well .. I don’t want to over react if I see one of you get .. shot or something.."

‹Jameson Dade› "Fastest way to drive a gang out of a territory is make it too expensive to keep. You kill their foot soldiers and they just bring in more. So unless someone knows the head of that particular viper, you're going to want to hit their supply first."

* Mordechai pondered saying more, most viewed him as just some big dumb killer, then decided to make one more offer..."If they use the net, we will know, and I will....disrupt...the commerce they try..."

* John Doe smiles. "He was the one that grabbed me. I told John we should use him as a detonator. John already went by there. They have a gas thingie, what did you call it?" "Regulator..." "Yeah! A regulator on the side of the building. We were going to break the line where it goes into the building, have Tai pan or Woo Foo or whatever his name is go in and spark a lighter".
‹John Doe› Jane^

* Mkvenner pondered all of this, stroking his chin, "See, what I'm thinking is... we do it all. I mean, they're not going to have just one place they operate out of are they? There's going to be a main place, and other places. Stash houses, money laundering. The less legit bases of their operations."

‹Mordechai› the advantage or preternatural hearing was to be able to follow more than one conversation, with a slight grin playing at his lips he walked back towards the lawyer, once more drawing one of the fairebaines

* Dominique blinks looking at the siblings. Those two seemed like the Wonder Twins on crack in a nightmare. She liked them already.

* John Doe glances over to Mordechai. The guy was a hacker? John was impressed. He wasn't very computer savvy, but he could assemble the parts and pieces. He never really spent much time on a computer unless printing out schematics or watching porn.
* John Doe 's glanced to Mordechai at the same time. Her gaze was appreciative too, but nothing to do with hacking.
‹John Doe› sister^)

* Wilson heard the tell tale sound of a blade coming unsheathed. Damn. He should have updated his will. He was a lawyer after all. Now he was going to buy it.. and the ex wife would get the damn volvo after all.

* John Doe watches the big one with the blade. Paranoia grows quickly within him and his hand moves to Jane's.

‹Jameson Dade› "John's enthralled thinger should know where those locations are." He half turned to eye the man. "If he's still alive, I mean."

‹Mkvenner› That's what I was thinking. We get your... friend... to work from the inside out, all the while Wilson here is looking at permits and business records. We find something, we pass it on to Mordechai.

--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--

* Dominique noticed the lawyer getting nervous. "You ever need anything to take that edge off come talk to me."

‹Mkvenner› He hacks in, plants... I dunno, something that snoops on them or whatever. We watch them until we know exactly what's what.
‹Mkvenner› Thoughts?

* John Doe nods. "He's alive!" And I'm still useful, he adds in his thoughts. No reason to gut poor little John, he's a good boy... Jane squeezes his hand again as if she can hear what he's thinking. "You're okay silly. Calm down".

* Wilson was just going to keep his own counsel for the moment. Sit tight, and listen quiet.

* Mordechai set his hand on the table before the one known as Wilson. inserting the tip of the blade an eight inch into the back of his massive paw slowly drawing it towards his wrist.

* Wilson winced. "Got it."

* Dominique watched because this was going to interesting.

‹Jameson Dade› "If we could get evidence linking the dirty side of their business to whatever fronts they're using, that could be enough to shut down a lot of cash flow, but there's another thing to consider. We could get the cops to raid their distribution centers or...we could take the product ourselves."

* Mordechai watched the blood well, before pulling the knife out, and willing the wound closed.

* Jameson Dade was clearly in favor of the latter, though he tried to hide it.

* John Doe sits bolt upright suddenly seeing the blade cutting open vampiric flesh. His eyes lock on and his mouth opens slightly. Pupils dilating he swallows a couple times, hand gripping the edge of the table like a vice.
* John Doe looks like a crackhead watching someone smoke but being unable to join in.

* Mordechai smiled fangs slipping through, "To answer your question... a lot"

* Jameson Dade then saw what Mordie was doing and just kinda stared.

* Wilson stared as it healed.. right in front of him. Bloody hell. He nodded.

* Mordechai turned his attention back to Ven "You ask. It shall be done"

‹Mkvenner› I like Jameson's idea. Find out where their money comes from and raid it ourselves. Take the product and whatever else they've got, and we sell it on. We get the territory and some cash. Hard to argue against, that.

‹Dominique› "I am in favor of of going in and taking the product, personally. Why draw more attention in with the cops. I know I have seen enough of them to last forever." THat reminded her she should catch up with Wilson later.

‹Jameson Dade› "Yeah, I don't like involving cops. Plus, better profit if we get it free."

‹Mkvenner› Exactly.

‹Wilson› "Question.. what are the chances that.. the triad has vampires in their ranks?"

* Jameson Dade eyed John and Jane, they might know better than the others.

* Mkvenner thought, "We definitely shouldn't rule it out. Best to be careful, 'specially in war. What do you think, big guy?" He looks to Mordechai.

* Dominique looks at the Wonder Twins.

* Mordechai gave an almost gaellic shrug "I have been slowly eradicating a vampire gang in elmhurst...they may have some, it matters not"

--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--

* John Doe feels his sister’s breath in his ear. "I'll feed you later, shhhh.." she whispers. John actually visibly relaxes at her whispering and sits back into his chair. He doesn't say anything, afraid his voice will crack and betray the fierce hunger for the blood that was so close... yet so far... vampire blood... power... Jane looks up to the others as John calms down and nods. "They have people like John. Lamarckians. Mostly though they are witches. Or something. Not vampires but they must have access to vampire blood".

* Mkvenner chuckles, "So they have blood thieves at least. Well that'll make things interesting."

* Mordechai smiled slowly, "There are none I fear, and almost none that can best me. of those that can, I know them, and they are not a part of the triads.

* Jameson Dade was trying to envision real witches. He was probably getting it wrong.

‹Mkvenner› Right. So here's what I'm thinking.
‹Mkvenner› We do what we agreed on a minute ago. When we find out what's what, me and Jameson go after the money. We use John's new friend to work them from inside and give us an edge there, then send Mordechai in for the kill. From there... we just mop up the survivors.

* Dominique turns her attention back to Ven. It appears that this would be a challenge but each one at the table had something to offer in the process of making it happen.

‹Mkvenner› And then... then Redwood's ours. Just like it should be.

* Dominique nods in agreement. "That is right."

‹Mkvenner› You guys all on board with this?

* John Doe tries to focus on Mkvenner's words, to push the image of the sweet blood welling up on Mordechai's hand away from his thoughts. Jane adds in "Can we still blow up that one warehouse?"

‹Mkvenner› I'd almost insist on it, darlin'.

‹Mkvenner› This isn't just about taking turf. We need to make a statement. You don't **** with what's ours.

* Jameson Dade went to raise his glass again, but it was empty and on the table. ****. "I like it. Especially the explosions. Put that on YouTube."

* Wilson wondered just how best to go about tracking the Triad via public records. His attention caught at the phrase blood thieves. Was that just another word for vampires? A derogative perhaps? He scratched his jaw again. Properties with current tax bills. No one pays their taxes on time, except those that didn't want anyone nosing about. That would be where he started.

* Dominique wiggles her brows. The group was proving to be a great bunch who appreciated those moments of chaos and violence that truly helped those involved bond.

* John Doe 's sister beams a smile. Retribution, teach those little pissants to go grabbing at her like she was a piece of meat. John just nods, still shaken by the temptations a few moments ago. Finally he finds his voice enough to say, "Sounds good to me".

* Mkvenner smiled broadly, "Fantastic. So, you know the plan. You know what's needed of you all going forward. Now, this is a democracy, so we don't move any further forward without a vote. So... all in favour of taking out the triads with the plan we worked out around the table?"

--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--

* John Doe and his sister both raise their hands simultaneously.

‹Jameson Dade› "Aye!"

‹Dominique› "Aye!

* John Doe both nod and say "Aye!" simultaneously as well.

* Wilson lifted his hand briefly, as he was still thinking through the different ways to track triad locations. "Aye.."

‹Mordechai› "aye"

* Mkvenner brought the gavel down again, "Then it's settled. We move forward with the plan and take out the triads."

* Mordechai frowned slowly... "No youtube. That is how foolish humans learn the benefits of a tight sphincter"

* Mkvenner blinked, "I... don't even want to know."

* Mordechai cocked a brow, "You wish me to believe you have never been on the inside looking out?"

‹Jameson Dade› "I'm pretty sure I don't either." Meanwhile, he was coming up with nicknames for people already. Thus far he just had Chuck Norris and Midas, but time would allow for more. One day.

‹Mkvenner› Moving oh so very swiftly on... does anyone have anything that want to bring to the table?

* Wilson slide the folder toward Ven, "Cooperative Business Paperwork."

* Jameson Dade shook his head, a hand lifting to drag hair out of his eyes.

‹Mkvenner› ... Yeah, you're going to need to walk me through this, brother.
* Mkvenner took a look at the paperwork, flipping open the folder. It may as well have been in Arabic.

* Mordechai slipped a hand into an inside pocket, rapidly counting out sixty hundred dollar bills and laying them on the table before Ven.

* Jameson Dade held up his fingers like a cross at the paperwork.

* John Doe has nothing, nor it seems does Jane. Both sit still watching and listening. Their eyes follow the folder as it slides toward the gang leader.

‹Mordechai› "That should cover me, and the humans retainer"

* Dominique looks at the cash and figures Mordechai was right.

‹Wilson› "Ok.. basically.. it the lesser evil of the all the options. Individuals have limited liability. Business happens by votes. No change there for you. We simply have to hold some meetings.. discuss business, have minutes.. turn in reports quarterly."

* Mkvenner nodded, "Well, meetings come with the territory - Church is a regular thing. Do the minutes need to be legit?"

‹Jameson Dade› "I bet most of that stuff can be faked to look more uh...savory?"

* Wilson gives him a 'really?' look. "Legit as this meeting was. We called roll. We explained the fee structure. Officers were introduced; with the exception of the treasurer.. who excused for health reasons. And the was a vote to look into purchasing property in the area... Right?"

* Dominique was thinking Wilson got paid to make things look better than they really did.

‹Dominique› "I like it."

* Mkvenner grinned, "Exactly like that, yeah."

* Jameson Dade eyed Wilson. Clearly he had earned the nickname Midas. "They won't look into any specifics will they?"

* Wilson gives Jameson a look in return, "They may ask, yes. But unless they can produce a viable reason for wishing to know the business details, all they get .. are the minutes and the list of officers. The details will list me going to the court house to look up properties with tax issues. Because those tend to sell cheap."

‹Wilson› "Other than that.. what really is there to tell?"

* Jameson Dade shrugged. He didn't know enough one way or the other. "Cool." he settled on.

‹Mkvenner› Works for me. Like before - all in favour of us being a... co-op was it? Say aye.

‹Jameson Dade› "Aye."

‹Wilson› 'Aye."

‹Mordechai› "Aye"

‹Dominique› "Aye."

* John Doe doesn't know what they are talking about with minutes and taxes and tight sphincters so he just sits quietly doing absolutely nothing to draw attention to himself while his sister listens. She'll explain it all to him in Jane-speak later on if he needs to know. They both say "Aye" though since it seems like this is a good idea.

* Mkvenner brought the gavel down yet again, "Carried. We're now officially a co-op. I'll sign the paperwork when we're done here and make it officially official," he looked around the table, "Anything else?"

* Wilson absently wondered if Vampires had to pay alimony to ex wives.. or did they even have exes.. probably not. The lucky bastards.

‹Mkvenner› Anything at all?

* John Doe shakes his head.

* Dominique shrugged. It seemed pretty covered.

* Mordechai gives a silent shake of his head

* Jameson Dade shook his own head.

* John Doe 's sister smiles. "I think we'll like it here."

* Wilson shrugged. He had nothing more. Yet. he would know more when he got to the register of deeds and started researching the properties.

* Mkvenner brought the gavel down a final time, "Then I think we're good. You all know what you need to do. We'll meet up again and see where we all stand in about a week and get caught up. Until then... Take care of business, Night Lords."

* Dominique scooted her backside in the chair sending it back from the table. Her eyes followed the movements of the latest prospects and felt hopeful that this was the group they were looking for.

* John Doe and Jane rise as one, John heading for the door, Jane waving before following. "Be safe out there," she intones before vanishing downstairs after her brother.

* Jameson Dade was standing a moment later, his shoulders rolling before he dragged his hoodie up over his head, tucking his hair into it. "A week from now it is."

* Mkvenner sat back in his chair, finally relaxing now that it was all done. All in all, the first meeting had gone pretty well he thought. The prospects had slotted in nicely and, just like he'd thought, each one had something to offer. Something to bring to the club. And each one of them seemed to want to do that for the group. He smiled to himself. He had done well selecting them.

* Mkvenner looked at the table in front of him. His table. Their table. At some point it would need cleaning, he assumed. It could probably wait until later. Right now, he just wanted to rest. The sun would be coming up soon anyway, he told himself, justifying his laziness. And anyway, he'd had a busy night and he'd need all the rest he could get for what was to come. For what had to happen next. Still, the pieces were falling into place and he had no doubt that before long, what was rightfully theirs would be theirs officially. He grinned to himself as he headed off to sleep.

Post by Kamikaze »

The phone buzzed and lit up, as Ven attempted to call Kamikaze, yet the Shadow was unable to answer. At the time, she was in the Shadow Realm, sitting, meditating as souls wandered around her, spirits groaning, crying out for a way out of this desolate plane of existence. It was here that all three sides were at ease, even when they were closer to the maddening chorus of the dead. The darkness had a calming effect, as they knew that they were not alone, yet they were in a way. Sitting atop the rubble, the Shadow sat cross legged, hands palm-up on her knees. Eyes closed, she sat, letting her mind go, letting everything go. Nothing mattered right then, nothing existed except her and the rubble she sat on. Mind going blank, Kamikaze started focusing. Beginning at her fingertips, she wiggled, then to the second knuckle of her fingers. Pretty soon, she was curling and uncurling all ten fingers. Next were her hands moving to the wrist, then lower arms at the elbow, followed by arms at the shoulder. This process went on, until she reached her toes, in which she opened her eyes, standing. The hallucinations were unable to plague her within the shadows, that she could tell, but she was unsure why exactly. She would need to discuss this with her psychiatrist, and see what Charles thought. Perhaps he had an answer. Deciding that it was time to head home, Kamikaze soon departed from the Shadows.

The travel from the Shadows back to her West Towers took time, which flew as she travelled. Once in her apartment, Kamikaze noticed that she had missed a call. It was Ven. ****. Quickly checking the message he had left, it sounded important, like something big was going down. Big. A thought sparked through her mind, and she made a quick call to a local proprietor of certain firearms and other merchandise, in hopes that he would have something to suit the needs. The man picked up, a bit confused as to why she had called, as she usually just showed up and dumped spare weapons and merchandise on his counter. "Normally you wouldn't call me at such a time... or at all... since... you know... they'd be listening... What's up, chicky?" the man asked, sounding a bit sleep deprived.

Package require. Big big. Bag required.

Kamikaze's words were quick, as she rushed to get changed and ready on her end, as she had no doubtedly missed the meeting at the Handle Bar. Slipping into her school girl outfit, the Shadow then slipped the leather on and headed out, toward the elevator. She wondered what was going on, what the occassion was. Within, Shi and Three figured it might be something to do with an initiation ritual of sorts, maybe like the mudruns of Tytonidae. Kamikaze didn't believe that was the case, as so far the group wasn't known for ferrying others to the Shadows. The elevator was acting up, taking its sweet time, as others came and left, either crowded or barren. Reaching the ground floor, she called the man once more, to see if he had everything ready for when she arrived. "Chill out there, sugartits, you'll get your stuff when you get it... Also, you do realize this is the last favor for you to pull. No more freebies. Next time, you either pay in cash or things of equal value. I'm a businessman after all. I'd hate to lose out, compared to the other out there, yeah?" Hanging up, Kamikaze rushed through to the parking lot, reaching the motorcycle that she called her own. Fumbling for keys, she turned it over, the iron horse roaring to life.

It was a short trip from the West Towers to the shop, and she pulled right to the door, for a quick in-and-out. Snagging the military duffel bag from the shopkeeper without a word, she grinned, then closed the door, and climbed back onto the motorcycle. The weight was awkward, especially when riding, but she would adjust. Checking the time, she muttered a few obscenities, then burned out upon departure.

Late. Late. Late.

Within minutes, she pulled up to the Bar, noticing an influx in motorcycles. Others had shown up. They were still there. Good. Perhaps she had not missed it. Slipping in, Kamikaze looked rather odd, though the patrons would have started to become accustomed to her eccentricities. Rushing about, she passed the bar, ignoring the offer to snag a drink, heading to where the wild ones roamed.

Shadows sing. We arrive. Apologies. Realm of Shadows had beckoned...

Clapping her hands together, the woman bowed deeply, head lowered in apology for missing anything. She noticed people were leaving, though Ven was still there. A familiar face. Others were not so, though this would most likely change in time.
