Silhouette emerged from the door of her ever-reliable workplace. She'd spent too long sneaking about and spent her spare time testing her tolerance of people. Today she still felt the zen from Fine Arts Studio and Gallery and searched for an escape that continued her peaceful tendency. She'd taken quite well to her new window shopping and had slipped a loose knitted grey sweater from an upstairs shop, gorgeous black leather leggings and heels from a store from the west side. She'd gotten fairly good at keeping her head down at the right times, and decided that it was not that time when she entered new places. She was not the girl who ran from Lancaster's in desperation to escape.
She had nearly given up hope of finding somewhere to sit and enjoy her still favorite pass-time of people watching when the corner of her eye caught sight of a door held ajar momentarily and the dragon who's glimpse was broken by the door's closing. Dragon's Lair. Well if that didn't sound up Silhouettes alley she really didn't know what did. Sil shifted her mini-backpack's strap over one shoulder, hearing her journal shifting against her sketchbook as it tilted the new direction. If there was enough lighting, she felt like she might be able to record some doodles while soaking in the new atmosphere. And with these thoughts comforting her mind, she followed through her process of accosting society.

Tiamat smiled at the woman sitting at the table. “Don’t worry about it. Just let me know if I can get you anything else while you’re here.” She glanced at the door and spotted another person entering the restaurant and finding a seat. “I need to go assist someone else. I’ll check back on you later.”
She approached the new woman and set a menu in front of her. “My name is Tiamat, Michelle, your waitress is on break, so until she gets back I’ll be taking care of you. Just wave when you’re all set.”
Tiamat began to head back to the bar where she left Seiji in Mortll’s and Sam’s care. a small child, a girl who appeared to be no more that five years old ran up to the raven haired young woman.
“Hihi there my name is georgia i’m 5. Are you a princess?”
Tia knelt down and patted the girl’s head gently. She looked up at the mother, frowning down on them. “No, sweetie,” she told the girl “i’m not a princess.” the little girl frowned and looked quite saddened. Tiamat leaned close to the girl’s ear and whispered to her. “But I am a queen.” The child suddenly beamed and ran back to her mother. “Mommy Mommy,” she shouted, “ I wanna be like her when i grow up!”
Tia returned to her feet and made her way back to the bar. She looked around but both Seiji and Mortll had vanished from where they had been left. Tiamat looked around the room from her vantage point but couldn’t see either of them. She tapped on the bar to get Sam’s attention.
“Where did Seiji, you know, that tall skinny kid i was talking to?”
“Oh, um. I don’t know, maybe the bathroom.”
“And Miss Em?”
“Don’t know, sorry Tia,” the man replied with a shrug.
Tiamat shook her head and sighed. Hopefully Seiji wasn’t getting himself into trouble right now.

Silhouette slid coolly into a chair at the tables, and was greeted.
"Thank you." she smiled, although sometimes it was still a challenge getting the sincerity to show through the raised corners of her mouth.
She waited until the goddess-like woman walked away and then set the menu down, glancing at it as she dug through her pack. Silhouette pulled her sketchbook and mechanical pencil out to the table. Dragon scales began layering in Silhouettes mind and she was extremely happy with her telepathy as she focused on the blank page and browsed through images of dragons. This led to looking at scaled armor, then ninjas, then wizards. Really the internet was already a scary and random place but to access it in a brain already riddled with the battles of anxiety... it was interesting.
Her unfocused mind browsed as her hand precisely sketched what she'd been inspired by through her searches of armor and nerdy things. She'd finally settled on adapting final fantasy pixel characters and set to work on a Red Mage rendition.

Mortll smiled as the lanky beanpole slid off the barstool and walked toward the restrooms. She waited a moment ,then grabbing a few of the dark red bar napkins and followed the direction the young man had taken. The kitchen was just beyond the corridor for the bathrooms she moved silently. The bathroom door opened without a sound and she paused using the mirrors to see if anyone else was in the room with him. Satisfied that he was quite alone. She slipped inside, turning the lock on the door.
He was bent over the sink as if he were carrying a heavy load. It had been obvious to Mortll that the man had problems. It seemed that it may go a bit deeper than just wondering where he was going to lay his head or his next meal was going to come. She moved silently. No reflection shown in the mirror to warn him of her approach. No breath escaped her mouth for she had ceased to breath.
Her hand slid around his thin torso she could feel the gaunt frame against her as her other hand slid lovingly over a bony shoulder and under his chin. It was almost a lovers embrace as she pulled his head backwards and her lips touched the soft curve of his neck. She kissed the sweet spot where his pulse throbbed and began to race with her touch. Her hand covered his mouth. His breath hot against her palm as she muffled his scream.

Winter watched the woman as she sipped her tea as well as others that entered the café. She was going to do some people watching for this day nothing more her research would wait for a bit. She ate her salad as she watched. She was interested in the woman though there was something about her that drew Winters attention.

Seiji had thought he’d felt a sort of pinch against his arm, a feeling he brushed away idly. His eyes raised to the mirror, then crinkled in a slight frown, watching the door slide shut. Had someone left while he’d been distracted? The thought was fleeting as a slim, but surprisingly strong grip snaked around him, covering his yelp of surprise. Shock turned into sickly horror as the first thing he realized was that whoever had him had no reflection. Only his own stared back at him, writhing against an invisible assaillent. Something brushed his throat, feather soft, and his horror turned into full blown terror. There was a dark familiarity to the feeling, and as if his body remembered some terrible torment he began to dig at the hands gripping him, a whimper muffled by the fingers over his mouth.
Despite his height, but certainly an attest to his build, Seiji had very little physical strength. Even had Mortll been human there might have been some humor to the comparison of might. He gave up in moments, eyes shifting to betray the whites as he took in a face he’d soon forget. Pleading in a way one did when they weren’t even able to remember through the fear what it was they were pleading for. A part of his mind nagged in memory, telling him there was no point, and that fighting made this worse.
Submitting himself to that voice of reason, he squeezed his eyes shut and gave up, though he couldn’t still the tremble that wracked him. If ones diet was reflected in their blood, Seiji’s would have probably been sweet or creamy and weighted, as much as his favored foods being creamy pasta’s and certain desserts.

The sweet taste of fear trembled beneath her lips. She could feel him relinquish and give himself to her as the tips of her ivory white fangs pierced the salty sweet skin. The first drops of nectar rushed to meet her tongue. She closed her eyes for a moment savoring the feeling of each gush of life's blood that came with the rapid beating of his heart. She could stay in this embrace forever only to have his heart give way and stop from lack of sustenance a hollow husk drained of its purpose.
Mortll reluctantly withdrew supporting the man's weight she led him to a stall. She looked at the toilet then at the man's trousers “**** “ She mumbled to herself as she realized it would be strange to him to come to himself in a bathroom stall with his pants up. Her fingers worked quickly as she unfastened them and pushed them down ... She unabashedly sat him down on the toilet and leaned him against the wall. She latched the stall and slid under the side. Once he was locked away safely in his own little place Mortll made her way to the door unlocking it and peeking to make sure the corridor was bare of prying eyes she slipped out and took the red bar napkins she had procured earlier and dabbed any evidence of her feeding away then headed back to the bar .

by Seiji (DELETED 6165)
A slight wimper left Seiji's lips as he felt the fangs sink into his neck. Soon after, though, a calming sensation flooded through him, and he sagged against his assaulter. Everything from there was a blur of motion, slow and confusing in the way it was when one was high. He saw bits and pieces, a mirror, the stall, a woman's face he couldn't recall... and suddenly the cold solid sensation of the stall wall as he stirred. His thoughts flowed in a sluggish, confused mess. He fumbled with his pants as he stood, slamming into the door so hard he saw stars. He didn't even pause to wonder at how he'd been in a bathroom so long without using it as he corrected his appearance and half fell out of the stall.
Seiji caught himself on the sink, groaning. His neck was stiff, and a dot of blood clung to the collar of his shirt, unnoticed. It was all swamped by the overwhelming dizziness of being fed on more than once in a single day, and he struggled more than usual to walk in a proper line out of the bathroom. As he left the mens room, he caught sight of the exit and tried to make his way out of the place he couldn't remember coming too. He'd made it about halfway when someone crossed his path with a bowl of soup. Seiji slammed into them hard enough to fall back. His side hit Winter's table and his arm swept sideways, knocking half her meal to the ground. He tried to mumble an apology but his body was tilting precariously the other direction. He grabbed for something and ended up grabbing Silhouette's chair, followed by a good portion of her meal. Finally Seiji wound up face-down on the floor, followed by a crash as the soup that had been about to find it's table instead found a place on top of Seiji's head. Too dizzy to stand and not exactly liking his chances of being able to do so without incident, he lay where he was and groaned quietly.
Talk about a smashing entrance.

Winter was on her feet and kneeling beside the man looing him over. She had some training in first aid and was making sure he was okay. She felt his head and looked him over to make sure nothing was broken so she could move him reaching into her bag she pulled out her cloak and placed it under his head to raise it off the floor. She then grabbed a napkin and whipped the soup off his face. She checked him over to make sure he had no broken bones and then helped him to sit up. She looked to the Bar and saw Tia "Tiamat can you come help me get this man into a booth. I think it would be better for him in one where he can lean against the wall." She then wanted to see if he would drink some orange juice that would help him he was a bit pale and even if he was sick orange juice was good for him and he would be able to keep that down.

Silhouette gaped in complete shock. Her mental link to the internet had been snapped suddenly and it was as if she'd been teleported to another world entirely. As if this one wasn't her own. She didn't know how long she'd been lost in her mind but it happened frequently these days. It was just so irresistible sometimes.
Pair that with the sudden, and all too familiarly clumsy, entrance of a dilerious Seiji.
Silhouette had wanted to call out but didn't. Another woman was already upon him with care and Silhouette thought it best to let them get him situated. Unless something changed in the many away months, Seiji was rarely so out of it when his clumsiness kicked in. Poor man was plagued by Murphy's Law, but he was always quite reactive about it. She watched him being sat up and her eyes followed him easily. He'd remained as adorable as ever in her absence. Like a puppy that still retained its soft features long after it grew more closely to adulthood. But this puppy was angular and seemed to have something dotted on his collar. Someone drained this puppy of its typical vigor.
"Oh, Seiji..." She mumbled under her breath. And then directed the women to the booth she'd been sitting in as she set the table straight and cleared the way. As she did so she looked sullenly at her now soaked sketchbook where it had fallen to the floor along with the food and drinks that went down with the Seiji-ship.
