Then that might be what's going on
Is it a touchpad you are using? I have found that on mine, some times it registers the smallest move as a MOVE.... and other times? It doesn't Some days I can use it to scroll a page and then it just stops. >.< I have tired every available setting and it just sucks.
You have my deepest sympathies. I'll ask Doc's player how they got rid of Win8 again and go back to an older window edition, they told me before but hubby said no to my doing it so I didn't save the info.

i actually use this to hunt faster....the fight screen refreshes so slow, if there are two or 3 npc in an area, i use the f button and arrows, as you can type out the whole battle, and 3 battles refresh as same speed as one.

Okay it is doing it in a new business. I was in Sharadizes Tails and was on square 10,5 tried to move to 11,5 and it would move me to 11,4 then 12,5 then 11,6 all around the square and I only did one click not more than that.
Double, or triple movements

I've been experiencing either idk severe lag, or something strange in the last week or so.
I'll click on square and suddenly, I've moved, two, or three squares by the time the lag/movement process ends. No, I'm not double or triple clicking. I literally push down on my cursor once and suddenly a few seconds later, my character is idek where (in the same area, but not where I intended him/her to be).
Is this a lag issue, ooooor? Idk.
Anyone else experiencing this?

In the past I have but not recently. I blamed my too touchy feely touch pad.

Yeah, I have a touch screen computer, but I actually rarely use the screen like a tablet in regards to the grid. I get that when I move on my phone (touch screen), but on a regular computer (or using a laptop the reg boring way) I'm getting this horrendously.

Not on a touch screen user here, but I've noticed it too. It's lag, I think.

Ahh, okay thank you. I was pretty sure it was lag, but rather be safe and ask around.

Yeah there's been a bit of lag recently. I've been trying to fix it.
