Noelle had never disliked Dulce, in fact she was quite fond of the woman. She made a good neighbor and good company the few times they had spent together. When it came down to business, however, she knew where Dulce lay and where she herself would be in almost all circumstances. It didn't bother her any. In all honesty, she enjoyed it. The fact that at one moment they could be predator and prey, but the next they could be waving to each other through their windows.

She shook her head a bit while smiling to the woman. "Nah, I'm alright. I'll walk it off. Shouldn't take too long til it starts to feel a bit better. Plus, I've had much worse than this." A smirk pulled at her lips as she gave the other a wink. She was sure the woman knew and in different instances even helped with the wounds Noelle had received. This one was so minor that the bone was already starting to mend and muscles pulling back together from being strained.

Watching after the man walking away, she nodded towards Dulce. "Probably a good idea. Hopefully this crap clears up quickly so we can get out of here before the sun rises." As Jonah reached them and began to speak, her attention turned to him for the moment.

"My purse is back where I just was. Got tossed somewhere in he shake. I've probably got some random stuff in it that could possibly help. I typically keep a bit of everything in it." Her purse wasn't something the average woman would carry around. It was more of a large bag with straps. She always kept a bit of everything she would be needing in it, just in case she wouldn't be able to make a trip home for the day. Being with Ripper meant that at times not coming home was the better option due to frequently being prey. "Other than what's in my purse, which I'm not even sure what's in it, there wasn't a whole lot of useful items." Tugging her bottom lip between her teeth to think a moment, she glanced back to Dulce. "Think we should split up to find anything to help us out for the time being, or stick together til we can get out of here?"

Day had been ready to help the blond on the ground, but it appeared she preferred Dulce's help to his.. That was the way it usually went. No one really wanted the black man's help unless it was to do hard labor. He wasn't opposed to hard labor if it suited his purpose; but he wasn't about to partake in it for the sheer love it.

He glanced at the big man who made his way toward them. He frowned at the male. It wasn't an antagonistic frown, but rather, a 'damn losing an arm has to ******* hurt' frown. There was nothing he needed to say at the moment, until he he what the guy had to say. "Dude..." It was a slow drawn out drawl, "I am not sure we really need to move very far. " He glanced from the females back to the guy, they were all vampires. They all knew the deal. "It's going to be sun up soon. If anything.. we all need to be find holes to hide in."

Day paused a moment, "I am a day-walker.. so I have no worries.. but the rest of you.. I don't know.. and you... " he looked pointed at the guy missing an arm, "You are missing an arm.. and you are not 'comatose'.. that is going to raise some questions." He looked at the blondes, "And you two.. You don't think we can smell the leakage? If he can't" he jerks a thumb at Jonah, ".. I certainly can. How bad the two of you really are.. I don't know.." He held a hand up, "and I am not asking.. But either of you break the masquerade.. I am going to have to side with the humans and put you down." He shrugged and sighed mournfully, "I will feel bad.. I probably wont be able to sleep for a while.. but **** baby.. " His voice was slow and easily drawn out, "I will make it quick and painless.."

Dulce heard Noelle explain she would be fine. She was pretty sure the woman would be but it didn't hurt to offer her a lift. A sore ankle was hardly going to hold any of them back. Still it didn’t hurt to extend the common courtesy in a situation that affected them equally and was out of all of their control. She knew it took more than that to stop Noelle. She moved fast when needed and with far more injuries if she recalled correctly. She had witnessed it a few times. Dulce's lips scrunched up and pulled to the side. Her icy blues drifted briefly to find Jonah missing an arm, the expression on Day’s face then back to Noelle. It had been settled then. Dulce would not carry the female to wherever would be their refuge for the hours of light that were coming upon them.

The sound of Jonah cracking his back casually while commenting on his relief that she was there had her debating on producing a reassuring smile or a nod of agreement. Of course she felt the same way. They knew what was expected of them. This was nothing. Missing arm, leg or all of the above, no problem. As long as you had your head attached to your shoulders you were expected to keep rolling as far as Tytonidae saw it.

Day, however, had a point. Her brow lifted as she turned to face him. Crawling in a hole before the sun would rise was a figure of speech. Aftershocks happen and she was not going to bank her existence on the hole she pulled her length into would be the one that didn't fold in on itself and her. Yes, they needed cover and they also needed one that would keep them safe in case they were discovered before the sun were to sink and give way to their preferred night time. She had was a daywalker as well but that didn’t prevent her from looking like a smoldering pale carcass walking outdoors. Nothing draws attention quite like that would. So strolling outside before dark was not an option.

As for Jonah’s arm drawing attention Dulce had no issue solving that. She said nothing as she walked towards the outdoor sporting goods shop just beyond where they were standing. the front door was shattered from the projectile shards of glass from the chandelier. It made it so much easier to reach in and work the inside lock to open. She pulled the door frame and stepped inside to take a look around. It took a few seconds and a some foot work but she managed to retrieve what would solve Jonah’s current injury from standing out. With the XXXL winter parka pulled over her shoulder she made her way back out. Just as she was about to exit she grabbed a weather radio that was nicely packaged with a set of batteries and a special promotion item. She made her way back to the group and handed Jonah the jacket.

“I hope it will fit enough to cover what you currently lack.” She took her attention from Jonah briefly.

Dulce looked to Day and handed him the weather radio so he could have something to put together besides ideas of who will break the masquerade.

“We would be better off finding a windowless, secure center to hole up in. We are likely to find something like that close by.” Her icy blues watched Day to see what he would do with the radio she handed over. “That may or may not help us figure out what is going on. As for the suggestion you will have to take certain measures to deal with any of us drawing attention I assure you that won’t be happening.” Her eyes drifted to Jonah’s and then Noell’s briefly. “As for quick and painless…” Her icy blues rounded back and fixed on Day.”How disappointing and unsatisfying.”

Dulce was tempted to take the time to visually check on those she was responsible for and equally concerned about. She would do so when the situation at hand was safe. The storm was violent and there was no reason for her to assume it couldn’t get worse that it was already. No one expected to see what she had already. who was to say more would not happen. Her energy was already fading and what she had left to work with may be needed yet.

Day's response was surprising to Jonah. "I don't know how far we should or shouldn't move, I just know this particular space doesn't look like it held together all that great and I don't think I trust it to hold up to anything else that might get thrown at us."

His attention was occupied by Dulce's presentation of the bulky jacket and he shrugged his stump of an arm down in to a sleeve. He doubted that they would be running in to anything living in this wreckage but if it made those that did not know him more comfortable, he was willing to do it.

He had noticed the sewage leak but the mention of it brought it back to the forefront of his mind. The water that was pooling around his ankles though was growing deeper quicker than even a major leak would and it didn't look as contaminated as it should. There was more water coming from somewhere.

"I think we should pick a direction to head in soon. We're stuck together for now I think. until we know what's going on top side," he gestured at the radio, "it'd probably be a bad idea for anyone to try and tome out or something."
