Dulce nodded at the idea of hurting the thief of her treasured designer labels and the garments they were sewn on. Little had Zo known that she in fact had tried that approach with her grandspawn, which she was thanks to Chaindog, but it failed miserably. So much so her pride which knew no ends was a bit dented briefly with the results. Confession was good for the soul if you had one. Zo was rather safe enough to spill it to.

“She is more her fathers child than I had given credit to. I tried that approach, Betty.” Dulce’s long pale fingers pulled the door to Marva’s Mode open as she stepped to the side to give way to Zodiac and Ginny to stroll in first. “Long story short I called her *** out and nearly lost mine. Forewarning you, she may be petite but she can kick some serious ***.”

Dulce went instantly quiet. So there was nothing major that came over her as she ended her confession. She felt rather cheated when no warm fuzzies of feelings stirred in her cold body. Figures. That whole thing about confession was a bunch of crap too.

”Oh yes, it’s us little ones you have to watch out for.” she agreed. Some in this town had learned that fact the hard way. As she walked in and looked around. It appeared things had changed a ton since the last time she stuck her head in this place. Rather than a Dollar Swap flea market it now looked like something from Planet Krypton. All chrome and flashy and ready. Zodiac understood the concept of presentation better than most. The expression ‘You can gift wrap a turd, but it’s still a turd’ came to mind as she took stock of the place. Beautiful, flashy, but did it deliver quality? Her original shop she had before moving to Honeymead may have looked like a roach motel outside (and in) but it was clean and a customer got exactly what they came for and that, to the gypsy, was the bottom line of business. You could thrive as a rip off for only so long before everyone got wise to you and then the dollars stopped coming.

Maybe she was being harsh on Tomi. This was certainly a measure of trying to make things better, she supposed, but the girl had left a bitter taste in her mouth that had yet to be purged properly. She would hold her opinions for now till she got a good look at things.
”Not bad. If you planning on flying into outer space or something.” she sighed. Personally, the gypsy preferred a place that made you feel at home or welcome when you walked in as opposed to something like this that looked like the room where you showed up in so the evil aliens could probe your anus.

Dulce was opposite to Zodiac’s initial impression as she looked around as well. It was actually welcoming decor for what she was used to shopping for. A few more turns and pauses briefly at the clothes that she no longer had to order or travel to buy had her back to facing Zodiac. It was about time a place found it's way to Harper Rock that offered the people something to wear without having to fly out to shop for it.

“This part is not exactly what I am here to see. We are about to see the new addition.” Her icy blues darted around looking for the owner of the business. the young petite fashion diva couldn’t be far if the shop was open to the public. “Tomi?” She called out as she stepped towards the counter and took advantage of her height to lean and peek over.

Due to the success of Marva’s Mode, Tomi decided to expand her business with a more eclectic set of clothing for those discerning .. well paying kinky clients. Granted she had to actually ‘purchase’ her starting inventory, but well with Marva’s doing so well, it was a small price to pay. Besides, once word got out, she expected stock to be flying off the shelves. She was planning a small private grand opening event for a few select members of the HR upper crust society. If she pulled it off just right.. not only would she make a bundle in sales, she would have addresses to the wealthier families of Harper Rock. Places where a small racoon might be able to wander in and pilfer some of the more glittery items like ...diamonds.

Currently however, she needed to get the stock out of the boxes and on to the shelves and Marva-guins, but her staff were currently all busy, which meant She herself, had to actually work. Tomi rolled her eyes. IF she wasn’t such a cheapskate, she would hire another could of sales people. But not until they made a profit. She wasn’t about to go in the red because she had to lace up a few corsets on a plastic version of Marva.

Her head lifted, did she hear her name? Tomi turned to look. She sucked in her breath, oh dear god! There was Marva and the Gypsy Witch.. together.. in her shop.. and they caught her.. WORKING! Dear lord she would never be able to live the humiliation down! Yes yes.. customers seeing her working was fine, they didn’t know she owned the place, but Marva! Seeing her sweating like common folk, when Marva herself barely glistens at an exertion. It wasn’t fair Dammit!

Tomi tried her best to plaster a welcoming smile on her face, when in truth she wanted to screech in sheer angry frustration. “Hello.. Ladies.” Yes. She would be polite damn their knowing eyes!

Dulce spotted Tomi and gave her whole greeting the time it deserved. It was all professional and rather impressive coming from the same woman who turned the tables not so long ago on the tall blonde in the middle of a park when she was being dealt with for masquerade violations. Dulce’s lips pulled very slowly at the corners to give a quick smile of acknowledgement. Ladies. She had not been called that in a while. She looked to Zo then back to Tomi.

”Ladies? Who walked in?” she sent privately to Dulce while outwardly giving the girl a smile and a bow of her head. At once her eyes were picking up the tiny clues so many often failed to notice in a person when you look at them. She leaned back against one of the showcases and watched

“Hello, Tomi. I see you are looking and doing well. It is nice to see.” Her eyes looked over the woman's shoulder then back to her when nothing kept her interest. “I noticed you have a new addition to the place. Care to give us a tour?”

“It’s still taking shape..” She moved to show the boxes of the merchandize that still had to be pulled out and sorted. “But I am rather pleased with this particular designer,” She turned the Marva-quin around to show the plastic Marva clad in Dominatrix attire. [img]http://www.pinterest.com/pin/469359592387162875/) This one has gotten a lot of comments, and some sizes are already sold out.” She then whispered, “Oh my god.. I so do not want to see a 22W in that...no I do not. There should be a law.. but” She smiled suddenly, “..thankfully there is a surcharge for the bigger sizes..due to the need for extra leather..”

She disagreed with the girl’s assessment of people and the need for a size police. She knew a few women of rubenesque size and stature that would be glorious to see in such attire. She began to walk about and inspect some of the displays. Behind her, Ginny followed slowly. Zodiac took a deep whiff of the room and smiled. To her, the entire place smelled like debauchery waiting to happen. Softly she purred as her fingers brushed over the items she walked past. If nothing else, this made up for being dragged here to (possibly) listen to the girl whine about who knows what

Dulce hardly noticed the leather ensemble. She owned enough of it that it was like reviewing another line of linen napkins for the restaurant. It was just was there and another version of what she routinely saw and touched plenty of times. What had her blinking without sayin a word was the mannequins that bore a rather odd resemblance to her. She cocked her head and stepped a little closer then turned to look at Tomi.

“Where did you get these mannequins?” That would certainly open the door on the topic of why she was looking at them and wondering why the seemed so odd.
