You can think that, but I view it the same as lifting tiles that were bought and paid for by someone else. If someone pays me to code them a CS and someone else lifts that code for their own use without modification, that is not okay. If they want to modify it extensively beforehand, that's fine, but if you're copying an entire design or design element - no.
