Kira won I guess. He started at first and won, saw that new rule so she started it and won. She lost a lot when he started it, won a couple of times. Guess who ever gets lucky in the fight lol

Kira sprinted and then launched her self, twisting mid-air to face her enemy so she could fire a spread of bullets. she landed and rolled, coming to her feet behind a wall.

Reginald Black attempted to throw Kira into a wall, but Kira rolled with the lunge and tumbled mere feet.
Cartwheeling sideways with just one hand on the ground, Kira unleashed a spread of bullets at Reginald Black.

Kira attempted to create a Hall of Mirrors illusion.
But Reginald Black resisted the power.
Reginald Black roared and lept at Kira, unleashing multiple rounds.
Several bullets hit Kira in the stomach and side!
Kira slid along the ground, pumping off round after round mid-slide while keeping low.

Guns blazing, Reginald Black moved directly towards Kira's position.

Kira became able to guess the movements on her enemy before they were made.

The illusion succeeded and Reginald Black screamed as the mirage damaged his mind.

Sensing he is outmatched, Reginald Black slipped away from the battle.

Zodiac VS Pi dArtois

Zodiac took a moment to steady her aim, propping her self against a wall and staring intently down the gun's sight. Finally, she squeezed off two bullets.
The bullets ricocheted off the surroundings as Pi dArtois ducked for cover.

Wailing, it flew at its target, pulverizing Zodiac into the floor.

One of the bullets sliced through Zodiac's clothing and brushed past the concealed flesh.
Zodiac countered with an attack of her own!

Zodiac used the Feral Mutation power and began to morph into a war form, with huge, powerful appendages, claws and teeth.

Sensing she is outmatched, Zodiac slipped away from the battle.

Thistle raised her arms and summoned darkness, which swelled and flooded around the combatants like the shadow of a great storm cloud rolling overhead.
Groaning, Pi dArtois stumbled around in the blanket of shadows.
Pi dArtois raised her arms and the shadows came to life!
It materialised out of the shade and formed into black blades of darkness. Without a sound, it skewered Thistle through the stomach.

Ducking, Pi dArtois took cover as the storm of bullets rattled around them.
Thistle leaned around the edge of cover, ignoring the danger posed by her enemy, and took her time in lining up a shot.

Pi dArtois countered with an attack of her own!

Odin waited patiently for his clear shot, and then took it.
Anemoi ducked low, narrowly avoiding the storm of bullets.

Anemoi's face erupted in a fountain of blood as the blade cut deep into his head!

Sensing that Odin's concentration was waning, Anemoi turned his defensive stance into attack, and lashed out with a sudden horizontal slash.
Odin's throat opened up and gushed blood as Anemoi's blade sliced cleanly through it!
As Odin readied him self to lunge, Anemoi thrust out with his weapon.

Snarling with rage, Anemoi pressed forward, pressuring his opponent with a series of brutal and reckless assaults.

Flukes are indeed possible, and battle tactics make a big difference in some fights.
