They were on sale in March/April - where everything was reduced by 25%

Reganleif totally wants one, (saving karma need 20 more) but it would be great if they were in a different location, maybe across town somewhere.

You could easily buy a square and turn it into whatever you like.
150 for the square with 2 7x7 floors or 1 12 x 12 I think it is. Unless there's a sale on somewhere?
