I don't join open threads for the same reason! Whenever I do, they get abandoned >.<

I don't join or start open threads because I know I am one of those people. I forget, I get distracted, I have no muse. And I hate to leave people hanging.

However, I am always free to write via location chat or YIM and post it!

Well I for one think it's a great way to have characters meet new people/find new people to RP with.

I think it's worth the risk, but I suppose that's just me.

I make planning threads to see if anyone is interested.

When those go unanswered - I don't bother starting the thread.
