The slender blonde paused a moment, observing the woman she spoke to with curious blue eyes. Poison? Sharp and strong, but looking delicate? Her type of weapon. Her most recent thought was a rapier built into the body of a parasol - not something entirely original, but worthwhile. Easily concealed and the sort.
Still, she couldn't help raising her left hand, letting her own naturally shifting claws take shape for a moment before retracting them. "Something like what my uses on a regular basis, you mean. I can come up with something. Mooncalf bone's strong, capable of holding a decent edge. But I can't hunt the beasts myself. I'm still barely managing to take down ferals." Her voice had taken a lower tone, something humans wouldn't be able to hear unless they strained. "Found a corpse once, though, and gathered a few small bones.
"If you'd like, I can work out a sample for you. Hollowed center for the poison, with extremely fine perforation along the sharpened edge, on a stainless steel base? Or maybe leather...if I can find someone to do the leatherwork for them."
Already she was thinking out possible designs. Etching along the claws themselves, careful, delicate carving of each and every claw for a full set of ten. Oh, she would certainly have fun with this. The very thought made her smile. "So many possibilities...so much time to create them...I think I may have found what will keep me entertained for the next couple centuries, at least."

Re: Moonlight Meanderings (Open)
She knew that look. She had seen it on faces before, even her own (when she could see her face at least). An idea had taken root and it was growing like a weed now in the woman's mind.
"Bones would not be a problem. I got stuff like that by the box full in my workshop above Pandys. Mooncalf bones, Ancient ones, Greater Mooncalf ones. Even a few Titan bones. Never laid eyes on one of them myself- a Titan, but a good friend of mine who can make excellent progress in some of the 'raids' that happen here on occasion brought them to me. Come on by one eve and I can set you up with a few each to see what works best."
It was infectious. Her own mind was considering possible ideas. Bone would have a true organic feel to it and not be setting off metal detectors as blades or guns would.
"If you could carve art into them, I have hundred of designs you could work from. Give then a true Pagan feel or purpose. Something that would be at home in formal as well as everyday. Metal or leather. Either one would work. Perhaps one for fancy and one for normal?" She flexed the decorative metal one on her left hand absently. She could not sprout claws as Lofyn could, but the idea was appealing as well but not her normal way of doing things. Besides, turning her nails to claws and back again would play hell on her nail colors she imagined. Three seconds of maiming a over eager person vs one to two hours of repainting? She didn't think so.
She heard the woman's words and smiled brightly. "Well, it pleases me that I may have helped you find a purpose. We all need one lest we go crazy. That is unless we already have gone crazy so no harm I guess."
