Yes, he had attacked many of my family as well, including myself.

He has broken into private homes to hurt people who didn't even know him. Plus he stole my roommate's underwear. That's just CREEPY.

So yes, call the police. Maybe they will finally DO something about the little perv if they even suspect the citizens of Harper Rock actually are about to take the law into their own hands. But I seriously doubt it.
