<Lancaster>: "If you're anything like Doc, I'm sure there'll be plenty of opportunity for debate in the future," he said with a smirk. He then picked out one of the bigger swords - the St James Broadsword. "I think this one, for a start. Might take you a while to hit with accuracy, but the power and quality is astounding," he said, holding the sword out for Jacq.
<Aidan>: "You know Doc won't protect you from me. Save for keeping me from killing you, but that is fine. I would rather break a couple of bones and hear you scream then end it quickly with your death."
<Jacquiline>: Taking the sword she looked it over. She liked weapons enjoyed them, all kinds. Giving a smile an actual genuine smile for a first she looked up to him. "Thanks."
MissSpike mumbles under her breath about never giving people crafting supplies again.
<Lancaster>: "Not a problem," he said. He still found it a bit odd to be the one giving out weapons when he was the professed 'Hippy' of the family. Make love, not war, and all that. But he preferred that people be able to defend themselves. "And... guns. I'm not as good with guns as with swords. But ah... maybe this one?" he said, reaching for the Assault Rifle.
<Lancaster>: "It just looks like it does good?" he said with a wry grin.
Jacquiline nodding she smiled. "Oh I am sure it will." She said as she held the gun in both of her hands.
MissSpike also flees to where Elliot and Jacquiline are.
Lancaster nods as Spike joins them. "Spike. Or Cat? Which do you prefer?"
Jacquiline gives Spike a grin.
<Aidan>: "Aww, the baby ran away from the conversation. Maybe she can find her big girl thong and we can try to have a nice "chat" again," Aidan chuckled and stood up from the table. "Later, Stretch. It was nice meeting you Jacq. Break something on you later, *****." Then exits to the crafting table.
MissSpike shrugs. "I don't care." Her jimmies remain unrustled.
<Lancaster>: "Righto, then," he said, swinging his attention back to Jacq. "Anyway. Keep them as long as you like. I like to think it's a system - if you get something better, hand back these weapons so that others can use them. Or if you find anything you think might be useful to the family, give 'em to me if you don't wan to sell them," he said with a shrug.
Jacquiline nodded to him with an understanding. "Alright I can do that. Thanks for this."
<Lancaster>: "No worries."
Jacquiline nods and gives another smile. "Well this will make things a bit easier."
MissSpike sighs softly. What a disappointing family. She didn't know what she expected from other vampires though. In the end she concluded that it was her fault for having unrealistic expectations about what tonight was supposed to entail. Instead of loud music, drugs and stimulating conversation she'd been threatened by a couple of jerks, one of whom expected her to care about her opinion of her. Maybe she should have bit that bullet just to be put out of her misery.
Lancaster hears Spike sigh and perks a brow in her direction. "Doin' alright over there?"
MissSpike stares at him. "This party sucks."
<Lancaster>: "Well, that's because it's not a party," he said, wondering how she'd got the impression that it was.
Jacquiline stands there looking over her weapons before figuring away to secure them to herself.
<MissSpike>: Doc told me it was a party.
<Lancaster>: "Why would he tell you that? We were meeting to discuss how to secure what's going to be the new Faction Fort," he informed.
<MissSpike>: "That sounds boring." Which explains why Doc had presented it as a party. That ******. And to think, she was in his harem.
Jacquiline isn't in any damn harem.
<Lancaster>: "Yeah, well. We're not doing that anymore anyway. Because Doc couldn't handle it," he said.
Jacquiline Looking between Elliot and Spike she stood there. "Perhaps everyone just really cared about what they were debating and no one really felt like they were heard..."
MissSpike frowned and turned to Jacquiline. "Let's go home."
<Lancaster>: "I heard everyone just fine. Pretty sure they heard me, too," he said with a shrug. "But it doesn't matter. We'll figure it out. We always do," he said with a smile.
Jacquiline shrugged and smile. "Just cause you heard doesn't mean everyone felt like people were listening." She shrugs again. "Well looks l am leaving. Thanks for the weapons I appreciate the help."
MissSpike didn't know she was in a harem until Aidan brought it up. It was the worst harem ever, because she didn't get laid. Not that she liked getting laid, in general. Plus her sire was married.
MissSpike returns to the main entryway but instead of leaving she sits down and stares into space with a neutral expression on her face.
Lancaster shrugs. He tried to let Doc know that he had been heard, but Doc wasn't hearing it himself. The guy decided instead to run off in a huff. "Well. Nice meeting you, Jacq," he said, assuming that she and Spike were leaving.
MissSpike "We're not going home," Spike called from the other room.
Jacquiline Nodding she looked around for Spike. "You to Elliot..." She stopped as she went to leave hearing Spike. Standing there she shrugged. "Guess were not leaving now."
MissSpike pulls a pocketknife out from under her dress and cleans her fingernails with it.
Jacquiline wanders around till she finds Spike sitting by herself. Going over to where she was she took a seat.
MissSpike asks "Were there other people here before I showed up?" Maybe all the cool people had left the party before Spike arrived, and she really had a family full of interesting and chillaxed vampires with cocaine and breakdancing.
Jacquiline shakes her head. "Just Pi but that's pretty much it I think."
MissSpike sighed and buried her head in her hands, despairing. At least she could ask Elliot to teach her how to play guitar.
Jacquiline shrugged it off.
Lancaster goes to follow Jacq out of the room, only to pause solidly in his tracks. He has to wander through the rituals room before getting to the exit, and he's paused right in front of Asteria. His head almost cracks open with the sudden desperate message from Reilly.
<Lancaster>: "Ah. Okay. I think Reilly needs help. I'm gonna... I think he's in the Mausoleum. I'm going to... go," he said, stalking from the room, making sure that his weapons are firmly attached.
<MissSpike>: Bye.
<Jacquiline>: Bye.
Aidan looks up from the crafting table, "Sounds like some fun...finally." Stops her attempts at crafting and decides to follow Lan.
Asteria panicked when she caught sight of his reaction to...whatever it was, stalking after him. "...Laaaaan...what the hell is going on?"
MissSpike looks at Jacquiline, trying to gague if she is ready to go or not. She could have left her there by herself, but Doc told her to keep an eye on her.
Jacquiline looked to Spike. "Ready to go?"
MissSpike nods and stands up in solidarity with her. It's really nice to have a sibling to stand up and leave lame vampire functions with.
Jacquiline nodding she stood ready to go. She was tired and bored. She didn't know enough to be apart of much at least not yet.
MissSpike decides to discuss Doc's punishment tomorrow night. He was going to have to be punished for dragging her *** here.
<Aidan>: "You know Doc won't protect you from me. Save for keeping me from killing you, but that is fine. I would rather break a couple of bones and hear you scream then end it quickly with your death."
