Micah gave me a parrot. This is exciting news. I think it’s because I behaved myself so well at the wedding thing Zoey had. I even made some friends. The Tall Man seemed to like me and I spent more time with other people that are in the family. It was good. And there was glitter! I like glitter. And wire. Wire is good. We were talking about wire last night. Zoey and Blake seemed unsure, so did the Mystic Lady, but Sparkly Man agreed with me so I gave him some wire. The others didn’t get anything. I like the Sparkly Man. He seems to have a good handle on things.

I like the parrot though. I have called her Percy. I’m trying to teach her how to talk like the one Micah had but I don’t like saying bad words so that’s a problem. So far Percy only knows how to mumble under her breath which isn’t really the same thing. It is cute though. I should give Micah something to say thank you. Like a cupcake! I think he likes cupcakes. I’ll find a shop eventually. There has to be one somewhere. I’ll try the net cafe first. They have everything there. And I can visit my closet again. I kinda miss it.

Zoey asked me to move into her place so I did. There’s a lot of things there. Two TVs! Who has two TVs. Zoey does. One of them is always stuck on shark week, though the sharks look a lot smaller on the screen. The picture is really good too ‘cause this one time I thought I got splashed while I was watching. It’s amazing. being around Zoey and my siblings more has also given me new hobbies like collecting things from other peoples’ houses which Zoey said is totally fine as long as they don’t catch you. I don’t really understand this yet but rules and things are complicated and Zoey knows more about this stuff than I do so I believe her. Ava likes me too, I think. She’s always looking at me or the other mes. Oh yeah I can make other mes.

I don’t really know how it happened the first time? I thought it was a mirror or something but actually is was an actual me that wasn’t me. I think this is how Zoey did it. Now I just need to work out how to do it when I mean to. Apparently creating another you isn’t the normal reaction to getting surprised or excited. Which does explain why I haven’t seen it happen much but I’m still not sure about this. Might have just been watching the wrong people. I should follow Zoey around more and see what she does. Stealthily and things. I’ve been getting better at that.

I think that was why I got attacked the other night. I’m not really sure about their actual reasons ‘cause I haven’t done anything that Zoey told me was wrong in a long long time. So I’m pretty sure they wanted the Things I’ve taken from people. Probably wire. Or chems. I think chems is more likely. You can tell from the eyes. I told Zoey about it and her and Micah made them run away though. It was a lot of fun. Then everything went blurry and spinny and there was a big tree. I like the big tree. It’s very green. I did get shot in the head though. It itches.

I've been making gunnnssss. The owl peoples haven't said anything about it yet so I don't think they mind too much? I'm sure no-one will notice the holes if they don't look at them. Not a problem. I like it though. The little clicking sound they make a lot when you're doing things to them. I think I'm making them better but I'm not really sure. A lot of stuff seems to break. But I like making the old pieces all shiny and stuff. The part where they go BANG is really fun too. It makes me giggle and my arms and face go numb. I like it.

Percy the Parrot has been good too. I think she likes me. That could just be that she likes the tree though. Everyone should like the tree. If they don't they're wrong. I want her to meet Micah's parrot. I think they'd be friends and maybe he could teach her to speak! I still can't to that. I'm going to keep trying though. Like with those fadebeast things. I keep throwing myself into them but I don't think they've noticed me yet. They have weird eyes.

I haven't talked to my computer friends in a while though. There's just so much to do here! I can play with my guns, I can talk about wire! And I don't even miss shark week! Staring at the tree is a thing, too. I think I said that right. I'll google it later and check. I haven't seen the Sparkly Man in a while but I have been seeing Zoey more. She's not doing multiples now so that's much better. She should do them to Ava now. It's only fair and Ava seems to like the multiple mes so I think this should happen. I'll talk to Zoey later.

There's a lot more people here than I'm used to though. I think I should introduce myself because that's polite and people have said that I need to be on my best behaviour when I'm invited out and I've been invited out and manners are good. I've been told. I should bring presents too. I read that in a book. I have made friends with the man in the box though. I say hi and stuff and he gives me money. And that lets me buy blood! Zoey's said I need to do that too. The bags feel funny.

I left the place earlier. Apparently it's called the Eyrie? But I like calling it the tree house. 'cause it is a house around a tree so it makes better sense. Eyries are for eagles not owls. Silly people. But I don't mind it 'cause they're nice to me even if they are wrong. The Sparkly Man keeps rubbing my head. I'm not sure what he's trying to do but I think it's probably something important. I do like that it makes my hair crackly though. Paper sticks to it and stuff. I wanted to see how many different colours I could get in there but then it went away and they all fell off. I will try harder next time.

My walk was fun though. I ended up waaaaay on the other side of the city from the Tree House and went fishing! It was exciting. In a way. In a small way. Okay it wasn't very exciting. Throwing twisted bits of metal into the water over and over and over and over sounds like fun, I know. But it's boring. And it makes your arm hurt after a while. So I left again and broke into this place with guns. Now that was exciting. I get to break them down and things and make better ones out of them! And then test them to make sure that they work and stuff. I'm not allowed to play with them inside anymore though. But that's okay because I like outside too. It's green.

Oh! Oh oh oh! And then I met this guy? I came around a corner and saw this young looking guy hanging out of another bigger guy's fist. His feet were off the ground and everything! The big dude was like me I think 'cause he kept biting the younger guy's neck and making slurping sounds and that's bad manners. On a lot of levels. I tried to tell him that it wasn't very nice and that he was being naughty and I don't think he liked that 'cause he killed the younger guy and then attacked me. And not with hugs and stuff like I'm used to. It was the less good kind of attack.

I tried swatting at him with my bag but that didn't really do too much? Usually things I hit with my bag stay hit. I think it's all the stuff I have in there like guns and lead blocks and copper pipes and things. He didn't seem to mind this stuff though and kept trying to swipe at my head. I think he was trying to attack me but maybe I still had some paper in my hair from earlier that he was trying to get out. I don't know. Either way I got one of the guns I made earlier out of my bag and shot him until he stopped twitching. And then I shot him some more just to make sure. I've seen Zombieland. I know the rules. Always double-tap. It didn't sound like a tap when I did it though so maybe the name should be changed or something.

I need to talk to computers more too. It's been a long time since I have and I'm worried that they might miss me and start misbehaving like in that documentary with the robot from the future who was here to kill that John Connor guy. That would be bad.
