Emotional Strengths of a Child: Feelings That Help Us Grow

Post by learningtoday »

The emotional strengths of a child are the special feelings and skills that help them handle tough times and enjoy happy moments. Some examples are empathy (caring about others), resilience (bouncing back after problems), and self-regulation (controlling feelings when upset). When children use their emotional strengths, they can make good friends, solve problems, and feel confident about themselves.
