Re: The Flow (Open)

André thinks the blood thief is lying, her arguments don't sound convincing, she's hiding something, he's sure of it.
It is difficult to believe a liar and her words are nothing but ****, she mocks him and André is not willing to accept it, for worse she challenges him.
He tries to control his anger, but his blood betrays him, his eyes look like red glowing embers, and when he speaks he spits ashes.

"You can bet, in this moment your life don't worth a penny, I lost count of how many blood thieves I have killed, they were hundreds and much more powerful than you, you made me lose my patience, you have three seconds to tell me where you hid your pickings and it begins now .. . One…"

André doesn't want to kill her, he's not in the mood tonight, but she's pushing him to do it. Maybe the best thing to do is kill her and move on before the cops arrive. The hideout shouldn't be far away, he heard the noise very close, if she doesn't give him an option he will kill her and look for it after.

"... Two…"

If she refuses or makes the slightest move, André will shoot without a doubt.

She clenched her jaw as she waited for a response. Ash flies from his mouth, he tried to threaten her. Tried to use previous blood thieves as an example. 'Hundreds' doubtful. If that was the kill count she figured she'd either have heard of him, or he was very old, which meant she would believe that asking her wouldn't even be necessary. At least that was her opinion.

Millicent furrowed her brow, ready to grab the knife and jump forwards if she saw his finger tighten. "Gain nothing, and risk loss, that's a bad plan." she warned. She was afraid, but she also wanted to make sure he knew that if he pulled the trigger, there was a good chance she was going to come after him. And if cops arrived, who were they more likely to side with, the human, or the vampire whose kind were not even considered truly human anymore, and therefor, without legal penalty to fight.

Showing him the weapons wasn't an option either, she couldn't possibly trust him to not just immediately kill her and then take them. Just the acknowledgment of their existence was a potential risk. He didn't have sufficient reason to even believe they were there as far as she was concerned.

André is tempted to shoot and end her bragging, he knows that the sound of the shot will attract the cops or worse, the soldiers. André risks a lot for an uncertain prize, besides he is not a blood thieves hunter.
He feels a bit stupid about the situation, a real waste of time,
he recognizes the woman's bravery, a senseless bravery, any other night he would have killed her without asking, she was lucky, Fate decided so, and he is a toy in his hands, he has cursed him and kill the blood thieve will not help, apparently will be difficult to find someone to help him and now that is all he cares about.
He must finish this parody, it has been a long time, he must make a decision now ...

"Run and don't stop, if you love your life, run, I'm not going to kill you, you have my word, but run now ... Run ... I won't say it again"

He continues to aim, he does not know what she will decide, he only hopes she take his offer and run away, but he will be alert to her movements, if he dies or not, now it is her choice, or it is Fate's choice.

Millicentf watches him carefully. If it came to a fight, she was willing to join it. If not, that was for the best. Either way though, she was probably gonna have a net loss. The guns were hidden well yeah, wasting time looking for them was risky and not necessarily worth it. But if he did, and took them, she'd end up being down cash. She'd have to call the other traders and talk about the potential risk of the location, a new one might need to be chosen.

Then he just said to run. She narrows her eyes at him, unsure if he was just trying to get her to move for a more advantageous position for him to shoot without her fighting back. Still, she'd rather take that risk than take the certainty of a fight. She moved back quickly, facing him, and rushed down another alley, leaping over a fence and darting away.

She had no intention of sticking around to see if he'd figure out where, or if, she'd hidden any loot.

Relieved to see the blood thief run away, losing out of sight in the dark alleys, he was sure they would meet again, she didn't tell him her name, but he won't forget her face.

"Hasta la vista baby"

He says in spanish with a sad smile,
André didn't have the need to kill her, he just wasn't in the mood to do that, fortunately no cop came to see what was happening, that would have caused a shooting resulting in André on the most wanted list and that means being hunted mercilessly like an animal and all that for nothing.
He has too many things to think about, his curse is a matter that he must solve as soon as possible, he is alone in that task, his Sire does not seem interested in helping him, perhaps she enjoys André's curse, she is a vampire with an ice heart, few things move her, and André's suffering is not one of them, she treats him as if he belongs to her, as if she were his owner, but no matter how much it costs him, André want to cut that sick bond and be free once more.
In the black path of oblivion of the men who lost everything, without blaspheming, without a grudge, he goes alone, with his pain, the shadows of the alleys cover him as he continues to wander aimlessly, desperately seeking for help, trying to elude Fate's whims.
