[B] Paintball gun/wooden sword not equipping

Okay so this may be nothing......but...

I went to equip my 'play' weapons, paintball and wooden sword and neither will equip?
Have tried refreshing the page,
Logging out and back in,
Waited until the next day,
Clicked on the image link : Which has a broken link indicator ;) And only got a black page with nothing but the navi options.

So is this a bug....... or am I doing something wrong?

P.S I have used these both many times in the past.

Sounds like a bug but I'll need to test to be sure, I only have the water balloon canon on just Alex atm and that *did* work "The water bombs miss Kitty, but splash harmless passers-by. Jerk!" but I'll equip (or try to) the other two onto bugmod when I can and see what happens.

Thank you, I am wondering why...I was away for a good while and one or two changed but I've had these two forever and used to use them a lot in the past.

yeah, they weren't nerfed at all so they *should* be working exactly how you remember...
you did unequip all the other weapons first, yes?

And I hate to ask everyone to just 'clear their cookies' with any issue... but sometimes it *does* make a difference, in the oddest of cases. idk why. It most likely won't in this case but it can't hurt to try?

I tested all the joke weapons with bugmod and had no issues at all.

"You ruin BugMod (d)'s clothes with a volley of paintball pellets. You're a mean person."

"You creep up behind BugMod (d), and bop them on the head with your training sword, all honorable-like."

I have no more ideas right now on what's going on here with this, I'm sorry.

I'm having this issue too! DX

I actually started by unequipping all my weapons before even attempting to equip the joke weapons. I assumed everything was fine... went to hit my thrall... OOPS.

So a broken leg and a skull later, I realised that they were not actually equipping. BUMMER!!


ETA:

I just tried to equip a regular weapon and it equipped the inflatable hammer in addition.

Yes exactly this! I managed to equip a joke weapon and a theodisian...and I'm sure as hell not hitting anyone to find out which is actually equipped!
