Fixed, but this might happen for other unique named loot, so let me know.

this is back, happening with weapon parts that are the same names as before. (blunt weapon head, blunt weapon hilt, blunt weapon pummel.) I'll get a screenshot next time (I was at work the last time), it keeps happening whenever I break down a Forgemaster Cross Peen. (Areion loot drop).
