Lost Inventory [f]

Was in the Team Raid Preforming a ritual and suddenly lost all of my inventory. My avatar changed 2 times .... something very wrong going on here .... Help Please..

Ok was in the tame raid at 23,29 on the 5th floor doing the Open Door Ritual when suddenly She was kicked out of the Ritual and it stated she no longer had the items to preform the ritual. I looked in her inventory and it said this

You currently have 68 items, and can hold a max of 610

Her avatar had also changed ...

Clair told me to change my password so i did

Checked the inventory i was down to 17 items and her avatar had changed once again .

I had a lot of one of a kind items on her that cannot be replaced ... I really hope something can be done Thank you

Ok it is showing that she has 17 items in her inventory but i can only find one item and that is her debit card
