Bewitch Human / Charisma bug? [x]

Hello

Not sure if this is a bug, but I believe it is based on the info I have available to me.

Claude is a Blood Thief, so he's stolen the power of Bewitch Human V2. He has 1 Human thrall and 1 Trayonetic Wolf thrall already. I tried to make a second Human thrall (3 thralls total) but was given the notice;

You're not strong enough to dominate more than one human at a time.

Claude has 20 Charisma, which according to the Wiki, means he can have 3 thralls. So I don't understand why I'm getting the message about not having enough power.

Is this a bug or is the Wiki just poorly written?

Did the original holder of the stolen power have enough charisma? I don't know if that matters but it's where my mind went.

The Vampire has 12 Charisma, so... No.

Unless I'm missing something, you shouldn't be able to dominate two of the same thrall type. Not without Thrall Mastery (mastery power).
