Missing business staff [f]

As of yesterday, AntiquiTea was removed from Ariadne's business menu.

I can sill find it via search and manage it, but all of the staff are also gone and there isn't an option to hire new staff.

This happened to Alex before (and is a current issue for Jynx at Blood as well)

David did get it fixed but I don't know how. This is the thread for reference. (I'm not merging as I think the server switch was a factor in the bug happening last time but that can't be it this time.)

I did still have to rehire all the staff after the fix, however.

Well, I suppose the good news since morale and rep are tanking right now is that eventually the business will become so unpopular that I won't need staff to maintain it anyway!

I do get the frustration as Jynx's one over at blood is back to zero zero right now and the morale is -10. >.< I did mark an A as imo it's pretty urgent.

I've added Ariadne back in as the owner again, but yes the rest of the staff are missing too. I'm happy to go into a back up and copy those staff members over for you, if you can remember when it was last working for you.

As for the cause of this, I'll be able to look into it shortly, as I'm not on the home computer right now so searching the files isn't as easy. This should stop it happening over on Blood too.

any progress on this one? I know it's still an issue at blood, is it fixed for Ariadne?

I've found every possible instance on the code which deals with deleting staff members from a business, and I've made it that the only way it can remove owners now is if the owner deletes the business, or deletes themselves. If the owners vanish from a business from now on, we know there's something else entirely going on.

Still an issue (although not the more urgent one there) over at Blood, unable to hire back staff and rep/pop/etc never improves
