A friend of mine is a returning player (I hope) but he's unable to log in.
He's forgotten his password and when he tries to use the email retrieval, he's getting the message that the username and emails don't match. He's only ever had two email and has tried both and on both his accounts.
Poke me for the email info and I'll pm in to you in private

The first one doesn't have an email addy attached to it. I'm PM you with the email for the second character, to see if it's right.
