And, if we fought - would we all be put in exactly as we were before Natsuko was defeated? The blood levels, wounds, anima levels, etc for all three?
I would say the draw would mean that neither team gets any reward for the territory next month, but it stays in the hands of the original team. We could also schedule in the same fight for next month maybe. In the mean time I'd of course run tests to fix the problems.

I doubt it would be possible to put all three back to their blood and wound levels at the time of Natsuko's defeat, as we wouldn't know for sure what those levels were. So you'd have to go into the fight as you are, if this is the option you wanted.

Ideally I'd like all three remaining individuals to agree on what they want to do. If we can't get a consensus, I'll have to pick.

Well, personally, it seems like it would be better to go with the draw, so you can look at the bugs and try to clear them out. :)

Neither team getting the rewards is fine with me, and as long as the territory remained in Superstites's hands, I'm fine with that -and even fine with doing another fight next month once the bugs are ironed out and we can set up a time that works for everyone.

So, I vote draw.

may I suggest a third option? redo the whole battle from the start. Seeing how it was so buggy, I think that would be the most fair.

David already suggested that for next month so that he has time to iron out all of the bugs and see that it goes smoothly. It's why the idea of a draw or restart as is for this month was brought up.

There isn't anything unfair about the decision of a draw because David's already stated Superstite wouldn't be receiving a payout if we went that route so there is no gain or a loss. We've never received a payout, at all, due to only owning it for this first month.

I'm also not 100% sure, but I think this is the first actual PVP run since David and Josh made the decision in July to change the Territory Battle system, here when he also included that at the time it was untested. To me, it seemed that the only bugs I ran across had been the timer still being active as well as the alerts. I wasn't able to hit anyone without them moving, using a power (I hit Mord at one point while he was luring humans, I think) or vice versa, that I noticed. I know that Amalea and Caligrace couldn't, either.

In the introduction to Territory Battles thread here, there is also:
Battles in which there are bugs will not be re-fought after they have ended, unless the bug was so bad that an entire team was unable to move, or something similar. Bug should in theory affect both sides, and will be fixed a matter of days after they are discovered, so there are no do-overs.

Just let Supersite retain the territory and When the bugs are fixed Ill give it another go …. I don't care if they get the territory pay outs or not. It was a mess why deny them their payouts because of a buggy mess. I don't see it as a do over I see it as that many problems shouldn't have happened … it should have been tested somehow before it got implemented . I would rather treat it as a test run and therefore never officially happened than a do over or a done if that makes sense.

Caligrace wrote:I'm not sure the issue, to be honest. I don't have any problem moving freely when the turns change (I.E, it's on their turn, I can still move, and vice versa). I know when it said it was our turn, Mordechai was in our square in a flash, so it's not appearing to be an issue for all of us.

Perhaps it's just an alert issue that has yet to be removed?

Yes. I'm sure no one sees the problem.

However, there are problems. When I saw it was superstales or whatever the team name is...being their turn...I was confused a.f. I stopped and waited...you did not see because you were in the middle of the area and I was at the door like...wtf.

It's confusing-why is it there? If there are no turns...then it's not needed to confuse players.
So that should be gone and honestly should have been gone since it was tested with staff before the update-pretty confusing and inconsiderate to those who were not privy to testing the system before it got remade.

I can agree with this - David and I should have tested when the updates were made.

Mea culpa, and massive apologies from the devs. David has sorted out the timer display bug, and the infinite loop thing, so that shouldn't be an issue in the future, at least. If there are any other bugs, he and I will get those sorted out asap.

Again, sorry for any inconvenience. And a huge thanks for the bug reports. <3
