No siring notification [a]

I haven't been getting siring notification popups.

Apparently it was two days ago...

It does appear in the alert log.

Might be related - The last hunter raid didn't give an alert that the boss had been killed. Only found out it was over when everyone got booted.

I wonder if it's related to the code barf at the hour changes?

Oddly enough, the latest one was announced.

If it is related to time of sign up, here are the sign ups in AEST

August 6th, 1:18 pm (last one) -
August 4th, 2018, 4:40 am (unannounced) -

AEST right now is 8:40 am and the grid reads Sunrise in: 7 hours and 20 minutes

I'll do math later if needed

It might be due to the server time. I'll fix that and see if the alerts are still getting buried by day change alerts etc.
