Every time I log into Brock Michaels, it shows he only has 2.5 energy, and as such he can't perform his business stuff.

Could he be in a training square by any chance? You don't gain any energy if you sit on those. But the pay out 30exp per hour.

I know you moved him luffy cuz I talk to you in chat but try putting them back in the same square and see if he stays level again
