Esli Barnes woke finding what he thought was Mordechai sitting with him in the castle. He attempted bttd and a few things occurred.

A) it was a decoy and not the real deal I found out from the player.

B) It pulled the main out of the labrynthe and tossed him in Veil Tower

C) it left him these wounds

The base bug is NOT fixed.

However, I have removed Mord's wounds, restored his blood (and anima spent on replenishing blood?).

Going to be pulling Esli from the hospital (because technically the attack never should have been able to happen), and removing his wounds as well. However if he lost any weapons, I don't currently have the time to restore them. Post here with the relevant stats and I will restore them later.

was the battle itself bugged, or just that it happened?

Hmm this is a strange one. When I just tried this it said "The target turns out to be a psychic decoy, which harms you as you attack it."

I did find a bug, but what it still doesn't quite explain why it went into a full battle to the death, or how that's even possible. The bug was to do with the decoy, though, so maybe I'm wrong. If so, it's fixed.

Either way, it shouldn't have affected the results of the battle either. However, I see something went wrong for sure, so maybe it made Mord unbeatable, but with zero stats. Assuming it's no longer possible to attack a decoy, this might not happen again, and if it does it won't be a decoy related bug.
