Which, I get the reasoning there.
But, I still think it'd be cool to like witness things and do things with them, depending on what those things are. Like killing cops and soldiers to HR police data base.
Powers? Eh, not so much since everyone now knows vampires exist and have powers. Feeding? Same mindset imo.

If it's an NPC that sees you doing something that's a crime, it gets auto reported in a sense, yes. In the sense that your police notoriety goes up.

Yeah, I can attest to the NPC working perfectly. >.>
The second Caligrace was caught fighting another PC, she was getting shot at by cops.
I do like the idea of us, as players, being able to get a link or something to submit a report when we catch someone killing cops, though.
