Yes this happens still on Path and Blood.

I think it's due to super high tracking stats. Am I onto something?

that would explain why the thralls I run through there with haven't had it happen... I'll go wake up the tester I'm supposed to be using to test things with. >.<

Yes It could Be.. Both mine have high tracking

At least not for BugMod with a tracking of 25. 20 out of 20 junk piles all had stuff in them.
