A large crowd of people at the bar greeted anyone who would come and serve them, which meant her and Glory Daddy. Birdee took a deep breath in, then a gulp and closed her eyes as she tried to drown out all the talking and just focus on the music. A tapping on the bar had Birdee snapping her eyes open and looking for the source, which was her favorite person of the hour. Favorite person of the night. Maybe even the week. She cocked her head to his direction and then gave him a tight lipped smile. "Good on ice. Got it." Birdee said, that way he knew she was listening, before she glanced to the back, where his thumb pointed to.

A fire extinguisher was pointed out to her, and her attention shifted to the red object. It was funny how some things were designed, to her red meant stop, but no one wanted to stop what they were doing when there were flames licking all over the place. Yellow would have been a better choice in her mind. "We won't have any fires...right?" Birdee asked, somewhat nervously before she heard people talking over Glory Daddy. Her attention wavered as she listened to the two women talk about their job and some guys at their jobs.

"Refrigerate, no longer than forty-eight." Birdee turned what Glory Daddy said into a small song of sorts, simply because that would help her remember the 'rules' of the house; something she did as a kid to help pass tests and remember the order of the planets and other **** like that. "I can do beer. I know that pretty good." It was true, Birdee had had a lot of different types of beers in her lifetime, only because you could get a lot of beers for a little bit of money. She knew what each one sort of tasted like; dark and/or earthy or light and wheat based. There were variations between those two, but Birdee could list off what someone might like based off those two prime selections. "And I know my shots. I'm your girl, Glory Daddy." Birdee bounced between the two ideas presented to her with some sort of electrical current that only she could feel and see, but now that she was in a zone of comfort, Birdee felt as good as she did when she was at home on her own turf.
