Just thought I would put out some feelers. Currently I write Vasile as an NPC (and haven't written much of him at all -- he's just been mentioned) and would love to see if anyone wants to take up the character.
He is Arun's brother. This is all that I have written about him thus far:
I haven't got a model in mind but I guess it'd have to be someone who looks similar-ish to Cristian Codrin, Arun's claim. (Dark hair, tan skin, eyes could probably be whatever).

- Born in Romania to a Hindu mother and a Romanian father, Arun is accustomed to moving around. His mother was a Bollywood actress and his father an artist; they did not lack for money, and exotic locations were the aim of the game. A few years in Venice, a few in Melbourne, a few in Helsinki -- he spent most of his time either in Romania or Mumbai. Eventually, he landed in Harper Rock, drawn to the city like a moth to a flame. He lives with his brother, Vasile.
Arun is still discovering his magical abilities. He is an astronomer, and works at the University Observatory. He studies hard, is practical-minded, and the complete opposite of his parents.
