Maddison went for a sweeter drink this time. Too many tequilas and she just might hit the floor. The blonde thought in her head what she wanted. She wasn't exactly sure. But what she did know was that Derek left her standing there with her hand out. He wanted to use the bathroom. That often didn't come as a good sign, the old bathroom trick. She had used it once or twice. Would he actually come back from the bathroom, that was the question.
"Alright. I'll order us the drinks and you pop off to the bathroom. Don't fall in." The blonde gave a nervous laugh and then wanted to smack herself. Don't fall in. How stupid! She was such an idiot. Maddison sat back down on the stool and gave him a nod as he went off to the bathroom.
Once the bartender was free from the group down the bar, she ordered their drinks. Sex on the beach for her and whatever Derek had wanted. It wasn't long before the drinks were brought back, all Maddison had to do was some light flirting and she usually got what she wanted in a fast manner. Such was life for the blonde.
She picked up her drink and took a small sip, it tasted good. She hadn't ever had one of them before. Maddison swiveled on her stool, waiting for Derek to come back from the bathroom. Hopefully he did, but she wouldn't be too surprised if he didn't. Another sip was taken and then she turned to look out over the dancing crowd.

Re: This Is What You Came For [Open]
A pep-talk was not what he’d gone to the bathroom for, but it’s what made him stay a little longer than was strictly necessary. The state of the place was far from inviting, but what could one expect of a men’s toilet at this hour? There came a point where streams crossed, no matter how well intentioned the drunk kids were. The thought spurred him to wash his hands a bit longer.
Raking wet fingers through his hair, Derek considered his reflection.
The smell was abominable.
The powdery scent of the industrial soap did nothing to help his concentration. No, he found himself staring at his nostrils. He grimaced, nose scrunching up and relaxing many times over. There was no getting used to the dank air.
It was a surprise to find the smokey atmosphere of the club refreshing. The warmth hit him hard, and he realised he’d already shrugged his jacket off. This wasn’t a pub in Patong Beach where he could pull his t-shirt over his head, no. There was no escaping the confines of the fabric clinging to certain parts of his torso. He moved his arms, tested his joints. The alcohol had worked its magic. Whatever tension he’d held in his shoulders all day was seemingly gone.
He felt good. Damn good.
The smile that he sported on his return was not fake. This night was going well. He had met a beautiful girl—Maddison—at the bar, who was exactly as he’d left her. It hadn’t even crossed his mind that she might disappear on him.
“Maddison!” Derek called out, spreading his arms wide. As he approached the bar, he brought his hands together in a clap. This was a man who was feeling fantastic. “Here you are. Well aren’t you a sight for sore eyes?”

Maddison tapped her fingers on the bar. It really seemed like he wasn't coming back now. The blonde let out a sigh and swiveled more in her seat. She was about to get up and head back out onto the dance floor. Nothing was going to ruin her night. She was here to have fun and let go of the stress. It was but a few seconds later that she heard her name and then saw the male figure.
He was acting crazy.
"Of course I am here, I told you I was ordering our drinks while you went to the bathroom. Did you fall in?" She pinched her arm. Stop asking stupid questions, Maddison. "Oh, here's your drink."
The blonde gestured to the the glass that was sitting on the bar. In turn, she took a drink from hers. The liquid went down smoothly, she could get used to these things. But Sex on the beach didn't exactly sound like fun. Sand in all the wrong places. Maddison shrugged her shoulders and then turned to face Derek. They now had to discuss dancing. She wasn't ready to be done for the night.
"So how about that dancing?"
