The conquest logs are no longer updated when somebody declares their intention to invade a territory. Though either side of the battle will be informed of the time and who is invading, there will be no posts to the logs themselves, at least during this chapter. The logs are still updated after the fight.

Just to note: I can no longer change the times of the territorial fights upon request. It's quite fiddly to change the times, and something often goes wrong. I had up until now said I'd change the times due to bugs and it being a new system, but we've had enough time not that people should be familiar with it, so if you make a mistake and don't set your preferred times via the faction settings page, then you'll have to live with the mistake and possibly try to flee when the fight starts, if you have no other choice.

Crafting firearms or melee weapons is now a little easier IF you have high stats. With high skill and intel / strength (depending on if you're forging or crafting), you can decrease your odds of damaging a weapon part upon failure. The highest chance of damage is still 50%, but with 30 on each of the required stats you can decrease part damage odds to 15% per failure.

Mechanics / metalworking does not affect this, as they already played a very large part in all other aspects of crafting.

Small update to territorial battles: laying traps can no longer be done once the enemy has been engaged. As soon as one person attacks another person there's no longer any time to lay traps.

I've got a week off this week (just finished my board game, so taking a well-deserved break. Check the homepage for links to the board game store page in about 2 months from now). I'll be slow to reply to PMs, and I'll only be fixing the most urgent bugs.

Unfortunately, there will be no NPCs attacking territories of their own volition this month. There were some kinks in that system that needed ironing out, but with the emails not sending I've realised I have to focus on that urgent bug right now. Also, I'm behind schedule on planned updates such as finishing the chapter consequences. Sorry guys.

Just to let current territory holds know that NPCs will soon begin attacking your territories as planned. This will always happen in the second half of the month, and failing to defeat them means you'll lose your territory. The time slot chosen will always be your number 1 choice.

I'll be working on other projects for the rest of this week (other than Blood and Path), so lair creation, minor bugs, and similar will mostly have to wait. Please PM me if you need to draw my attention to particular bugs or issues.

Next week I'll be getting up to date with Path and Blood bugs, PMs, lairs, etc.

You can now unlink a character from a master account at any time, via the account page on the settings menu.
