Suggestion is to set up the factions to allow for more people to have the option to change the list, declare on territories, etc... to avoid the situation that happened last night. A player was ill, was not online, did not set a group, and even though they were inactive, being brought into the territory battle re-activated them and they were killed.
My first thought was: What about auto-flee? Well, the enemy has 10 turns to kill one person. If they person is inactive, their blood reserves are likely already low. It took very few hits to kill the character after he was found.
So I thought... well, if he's inactive, why not block them from joining the battle? IE... empty map, declaring party wins right? Likely a ***** to code.
So... co-leaders (or locum tenens, or second in command, or whatever else you want to call it)
Allow the leader to appoint a co-leader or two with the same options in territory (and admittance/removal from the faction) to be able to step in if the leader is inactive for whatever reason (sick, hospitalized, military duty, too drunk to play, etc...)
