Humans have their own raids I believe. Gangsters I think - someone correct me if I am wrong.
They can do metal working, hacking, tracking, stealing.. I am not sure if they can do rituals. I Really do not know.

Yes.. quite a bit weaker.. and they level slower.
But there are human classes that should you decide to take one of them will make the char stronger and leveling will be faster.
I have recently started a human character - so I am learning just like you!
