“Never assume…”
Myk’s voice was dutifully low, not quite a whisper, but a soft, deep purr of sound. Their secrecy was not in contention at this point, but discretion nevertheless seemed to be the Telepath’s main priority. Pewter eyes clung to the man named Erebos for a short moment before he bowed his head and stepped back.
“Though, in this instance you would be correct,” Myk said and as he lifted his head, the sternness in his tone and gaze had lifted as well. “My name is Myk.”
As far as introductions go, that was perhaps the oddest he had done and received in a while. Myk wasn’t normally one to judge the degree of experience each individual possessed in their world of darkness, but it certainly seemed to him that this Erebos was quite freshly bore. The source of such fresh blood was apparently standing behind them and Myk passed a glance over his shoulder at the blind young man that had previously rushed in so… haphazardly.
“Maybe it runs in the family…” Myk remarked to himself.
Standing between the Allurist sire and his Shadow childe was a little awkward. Pewter eyes switched between them and the floor equally, though occasionally focused on the toe of his own boot in passing as it twisted into the ground. Myk’s hands were clasped behind his back and he appeared meek to these two males in front of him. It was slightly ironic that he should cower like that in front of two Vampires that were barely capable of fending off a Feral attack, never mind a Vampire. Still, the Feral attack itself had actually originated with the Telepath, so it seemed appropriate to mask his guilt with meekness. Pewter eyes settled on the Allurist then and even though the sire had yet to introduce himself, Myk didn’t feel he very much needed the introduction. The white-haired male had Appraised them both already, he had a taste for them, so everything else was simple showmanship.
“And you?” Myk asked. “You have a name, don’t you?”

Eirik was relieved that Hook was okay even if he could not see him. When the other guy spoke Eirik looked towards the voice and nodded his head "My name is Eirik though I have been called Pan in the past. Hook I needed to tell you more things but could not find you at all. I worried about you since I had never turned anyone before and am still learning all this myself. The reason you can not drink anymore is because of your path that you are on. Unlike me I am an Allurist and I can still have regular food and drink you can't your on the Shadow path though I have heard that you can learn to eat and drink in time. Not sure how that works though." .
He would look towards where Hook's voice had come from yes there was lots he had to teach but most he could not teach because he was so new to this as well. He also wished he could see but that would not be possible at all.

Erebos was very sure no human would have been able to kill that thing. So he was sure assuming this man was another vampire was the only way to go. Were there other things out there? Are werewolves a thing too? He shook his head, trying to stay calm.
“Thanks again Myk..” he said, being torn apart by some beast would not help him getting to school on time later.
He looked towards his sire, “Does that mean my medication isn’t going to work even if I find a way to take them?” he asked. “Becoming a vampire didn’t cure any of what ails me.” he added. Not that he was expecting his hand to grow back or anything but his mental state got worse, not better. “And what do you mean path? There’s different kinds of vampires?” he said, his attention now on the dead creature. He was studying it.
“What is this place anyway?” he asked, “I end up walking on water like Jesus and I end up in a place that nightmareish creatures are running amock.”
Erebos looked to Myk, if his sire was too far new himself, maybe he should be asking questions of this guy. Obviously he has to have had more time as a vampire.
He sighed softly. “I take it the whole sun thing is true? I’ll have to switch my classes to night ones I guess.” he said. He hoped there was enough time to get that done. “Then again I think I passed out when the sun came up..”

Re: I didn't sign up for this
“Hook and Pan, huh? Does that make me Wendy?” Myk thought, suppressing a snicker as a cough into his pale hand.
At least he had names to officially apply to these two Vampires he’d stumbled across. It did feel somewhat like a fairy story, perhaps one not so far translated from the Grimm Brothers, but Myk could not escape the idea of J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan. Why Myk automatically assigned himself to the role of Wendy Darling was anyone’s guess, but the more he thought of it, the more it seemed to make sense. Peter Pan represents the boy who never wants to grow up – a philosophy that is fairly common in men, one could say. This theory is supported by the existence of the lost boys – note the fact that they are all boys – and that the reason why Captain Hook hates Peter so much is because he is jealous of the boy. Hook is no longer a child and he is constantly tormented by the mischievous, energetic, and magical antics of the youths. Wendy, meanwhile, is the only female in the story besides the fairy Tinker Bell, and while she flirts with the idea of fantasy for a while, she is perhaps too sensible and wishes to return from Neverland. The way Erebos looked at Myk, seeking answers, was suggestive of the story character again. Like the Darling children, Hook secretly longed to return to the real world, dreary as it may be, because hiding in fantasy forever was no way to live your life.
Myk’s face contorted in consideration as he thought over Erebos’ questions and whether he had the right to answer them. He did feel like he was stepping on Eirik’s toes to open his mouth at all, but it seemed as though Erebos had literally just been sired before he’d had the misfortune to wander into the path of two crazed Vampires – one Feral and one Telepath. Myk wasn’t entirely sure about the process of siring, or rather the etiquette of it all because his own sire, Temperance, had basically left him to fend for himself. Myk wasn’t bitter about that fact – quite the contrary – though having to learn the ways of this new world alone had cost him precious time. Even four years later, the Telepath was asking questions and still seeking answers from the world in his own way. Of course Myk was ever the curious sort and would root out the mysteries of the world forever, but there was some information – like the list Erebos just provided – that was simply necessary to survive. If Eirik didn’t have the answers for Erebos, Myk did, and he would give the answers freely.

Eirik also wondered where they were. This was a new place for him and he had only found hook and this place as if on a whim. He shook his head because there were not street signs and the buildings had old signs that he could hardly read with his hands all he did know what that he was on the other side of the fence. "I know we are on the other side of the fence in what is known as the QZ but other than that I am not sure what this place is. I also do not know about your meds Hook I hope they work." He turned towards Myk's voice as if to help with what his childe had asked.
