OOC: Hello everyone! The name is Charles Nolan. I've been roleplaying on another site for a few years now and I was up for someone new. I use the same original character, but with a few adaptions to work on this site. I still need to figure everything out but I hope I can participate actively on this site soon! Hi and Welcome!
The tutorial gives you a primer on the game, and how you can get a weapon. But once you are out of the tutorial.. you can buy weapons from stores, or other players, or the auction.
My advice is 'do not speed through the tutorial' Take your time. Every time you finish a task in your tutorial, it renews your energy.. use all the energy up before doing the next task.

and remember you can leave there and still go back until level ten. It's a safer place to feed and rest (still can get sunburns tho so get in a bldg) plus pickpocketing will succeed more frequently (on npc's at least).
