Erebos closed his eyes, covering his face with his one hand. How did going to school become so...this. He died but was saved, turned into a thing out of a horror movie. How could vampires be real?

He was left without any answers. He might have been saved by that blind "Peter Pan" guy but he hadn't heard from him since. Course he had instinctively ran once he was able. He felt the panic rising in him, he slumped to the floor in the bathroom, growling at the damn pill bottle, it wasn't one handed friendly. The bottle popped open, pills were tossed in the air. He just didn't care, grabbing one and put it in his mouth. Weakly getting to the sink and taking in some cool water. Water sucked, and even though one wasn't suppose to mix alcohol with these pills, he got up and went to the fridge and opened a bottle of beer and took a long drink.

Moments later he was running back to the bathroom to throw up what he had just taken. "Oh my god.." he heaved. Was he sick now? He fell back onto the floor. Could vampires eat and drink? Could he not take in anything but blood?

"****.." Erbos muttered, putting his hand on his chest, focusing on the other ways to calm himself during a panic attack. He was taking those pills for a reason, how was he going to get better without them? Becoming a vampire didn't free him from his human issues.

He got up off the floor, he needed to get out, go for a walk. He had already told the school that he had to take a few days off..though now he would have to switch to night classes. He headed out into the night. Since coming here, he had wondered about that blocked off area. He walked around it, not really sure how to get into it but it must be blocked off for a reason. He went down to the river, just watching the water.

He turned to go back up the bank but wasn't expecting to see a wolf there. He quickly moved backwards as the animal moved after him. As he turned, he realized he was on the water. "What the.." he didn't have time to think about it, he just ran for the blocked off area and ducked behind a building. Maybe it has rabies.

Looking round at the run down buildings, he wondered what happened here. And was walking on water some kind of vampire thing? He sighed softly, moving away from the building and started to look around.

An asylum? He moved inside, looking around. Wondering again what happened here. As he moved down the hall, someone was moving towards him. Before he could say anything, he caught sight of it. His eyes widened. Zombie? Really! "Oh hell no." he couldn't believe this. He stepped backwards as it came at him, he took a swing at it, only to get his hook stuck under its collar bone. "Gross.." he muttered, yanking his hook free and wrapped his arm around its neck and snapped it. He moved away from the body, cleaning against the wall. This was just too much.

Tinker. Tailor. Soldier. Spy.

Myk hadn’t watched the movie. He hadn’t read the book. He had no idea of the plot line or why the story itself had such an interesting title, but he did know the title. It had a rhythm to it that caught in his mind and for seemingly no apparent reason, it was caught in his mind tonight. Maybe it was because he’d been tinkering that it came to him. He was working on manufacturing some high-spec weaponry, traps and gadgets, but he felt cursed. Either the items broke in his usually dextrous hands – regardless of the enchantment from his telekinetic gifts – or he would find himself swiftly running out of components. Restocking wasn’t Myk’s favourite game, but it had to be done. In order to make one such item on his list, Myk found that he required Black Feral Blood. This wasn’t an item he normally went searching for, but if he wanted that Toxic Gas Trap to be added to his repertoire, then he would have to make a trip out to the Quarantine Zone and hack and slash his way through to getting a healthy blood sample.

Arriving was no small feat because he had to get from his usual hidey hole in Gullsborough down to the sewers and come up on the other side of Wickbridge. Sure, it wasn’t that far in the grand scheme of things, but it took a lot of footwork. By the time he was in the Quarantine Zone, he’d already made the plan of visiting the Asylum. This wasn’t his usual place to hunt, but he’d avoided his usual spots as there was usually a lot of competition in Corvidae Flats and perhaps too much Human attention too. He wouldn’t want to run into Dhara under the circumstances. He was, after all, determined to show her his sweetest side, not to mention convince her that despite being a blood-sucking monster, he really was more of a fluffy bunny. It wasn’t entirely untrue anyhow. Killing creatures like Ferals, Mooncalves, Zombies and Fae creature things wasn’t exactly his idea of fun. It used to be, but he was rather apathetic these days. Little would bring him to his characteristic clown smile, and worst of all was that he didn’t even feel the need to look so provocative. His hip-length bone-white hair was kept straight and plain, pouring down his body like milk. His make-up was pretty non-existent, just ivory coloured foundation and a light touch of eyeliner and mascara to accentuate his pewter eyes. His clothes were fairly plain as well; wet-leather pants with a simple black vest top. He looked very inconspicuous. In fact, he looked male for a change… Well, as male as he could with such fine features and elegant mannerisms.

With the mood that he was in, Myk avoided those that would normally make him smile just so that he didn’t have to let them down. Weirdly enough though, Mr Ripper had caused him to smirk, laugh, smile and cackle like he used to. He hadn’t been sure of how he felt about the other Vampire recently. It didn’t really help matters that the unruly wraith, Rutherford, had been in his ear about how much he shouldn’t trust Ripper – among many others. Myk didn’t need a foolish, crazy ghost telling him not to trust people anyway – he never trusted anyone as it was! Still, the wraith was worrying him. He, it, hated a number of people in Myk’s life and never gave a reason other than some fool’s notion of wanting Myk to make the best of things. Myk told the wraith that he reminded him of his father; controlling, enigmatic, arrogant. Or, rather, he told the air such. Since he wasn’t able to see Rutherford, he wasn’t always sure he was talking to it or a wall or whatever. Rutherford would come and go without warning and with its seemingly obsessive approach to micro-managing all of Myk’s social interactions and relationships; it was safe to say that Myk was a little unnerved to be around people for this reason too. The Asylum, therefore, was the perfect place not only to hunt, but to avoid people.

Several shots were fired in the direction of the Feral Vampire as it moved across the large empty space. It used its speed and surroundings to effortlessly evade Myk’s bullets; darting between abandoned furniture and scaling walls. Myk took a moment to steady his aim. Pewter eyes narrowed down the sight of the gun, following the Feral’s movements before calculating a plan. He squeezed off two bullets into the target’s projected path, catching the beast in the arm, but not slowing it down. Snarling, the Feral turned tail in the attempt to flee, but Myk ran after him; he wasn’t going to get enough blood from that tiny scratch. He followed it toward a long corridor, but the Feral had made an escape down one of the many off-shoots. Myk grumbled to himself, knowing that this was going to be like finding a needle in a haystack. As he made his way down the corridor to the first off-shooting room, there was an almighty roar followed by a loud crash. The sound came from the room at the other end of the corridor so Myk made a run for it, standing before the door in seconds. He wasn’t expecting what he saw.

Eirik looked for Hook. He still had things to teach the man about being a vampire. Tapping his cane around the area in QZ he tapped a zombie and growled. Great now his cane was going to be covered in slim. Taking out a gun he had gotten from one of the family he used the sound of the zombie to take it out. He shoot straight and got it in the brain knocking the thing dead. Well deader than it was. He walked towards a building and finding it used his hand to go around it finding the door. Over the door is a weathered sign with missing letters the only letters Eirik can feel is A Y and M. He opens the door and tapping his cane goes inside. He keeps going this time he starts to call out "Hook you in here?" He did not want Hook to be out on his own in this city. Hell he was worse off than Hook but he never let on. His other senses heightened as he went. He heard noises but did not know if any where his childe or not.

Erebos just wanted to get out of here now. This was just too much to deal with right now. He thought of how he got here, could he just walk over the river again to get away from here. He slumped to the floor, covering his head. Why did he pick this place to go to school? He should have went somewhere else.

He jumped, looking around as he heard a loud bang. Something hit the wall next to where he was at. He felt the panic sink in again. He fell lower to the ground. What was worse? Bullets or brain eating monsters. ****. It didn't matter, the bang brought flash backs to gun fire. The road side bomb...

When Erebos looked up, he saw something that was more ugly than the zombie before. It peered around the door frame, they stared at each other for a moment before the thing charged at him. He fell onto his back, flipping the creature over using his legs. It went flying and crashed into what was left of some desks. He got to his feet, looking for something else other than his hook to fight it with when he noticed someone else. At first he thought he was seeing things, no one had that white of hair but who was he kidding. He was a damn vampire, nothing should surprise him now.

Before he could say anything the creature charged him again, he felt his back hit the wall. He pushed the creature back, gritting his teeth. Man this thing was strong or maybe he had slacked off a bit. He heard the guy who turned him off a ways. "Little busy Pan!" he snapped.

A wide, pale grin came over Myk’s face as he watched the scene unfold before him. A man was wrestling with the Feral and it was amusing. Teeth were biting, claws aiming to rip flesh from bone. There was hissing and yelling and crunching and the Feral had the man trapped against the wall. The man seemed dreadfully overwhelmed and while it shouldn’t have been funny, it was. It was amusing because this misfortune, for once, wasn’t his own. Myk stayed put to laugh for a moment, pewter eyes flickering in the dim light amid flashes of white hair as the crazed clown rocked lightly in his laughter. Myk’s tittering was cut short, however, as he heard a voice from behind and then heard the man in front reply. So this one wasn’t alone, that was interesting. Myk had let his head move toward each voice, ears calculating their distance – though not necessarily their content – until he was looking at the man with the Feral on his chest once more. If this man wasn’t alone, could he be a danger? Myk wasn’t afraid of anyone even if they were a danger, but that didn’t mean it was a good idea to make a target out of one’s self. Myk’s dark brows frowned in thought and he brought a single white hand to his chin.

“I suppose he might need my help,” Myk muttered to himself, ringed fingers stroking his delicate jaw. “He might be ripped apart before his companion gets here.”

The long-haired man passed a glance down the corridor once again, just to check that he wasn’t about to be ambushed or put to worthlessness before he made his way toward the man and the Feral. Myk had returned his gun to the holster on his belt and replaced it with his trusty dagger. Ordinarily he wouldn’t dare assault a Feral with such a small blade – not wanting to get too close to those claws and teeth – but with the Feral distracted, this was the best idea. Myk closed the gap quickly and efficiently, his high dexterity being so that he barely made a sound as he advanced on the pair. Dagger in hand, Myk closed his free hand over the pommel to secure it and deliver strength before he drove the curved edge into the side of the Feral’s head with no hesitation. There was a squawk and a hiss as the surprise took over the creature’s body, but with its brain destroyed, all that fight turned quickly to lead. The Feral slumped and Myk retracted his blade from its skull before stepping back. The dead weight was now the man’s problem, and Myk looked the corpse over guardedly, a glimpse of assurance in his eyes. This was his prey, after all, and he needed that blood, but he wasn’t about to get too close to the stranger – just in case.

“Are you… alright?” Myk purred, pewter eyes gradually making their way past the Feral and to the man.

Myk may have looked pretty and delicate, but his low, velvety voice was not so. And he had, after all, just tackled a Feral with a small dagger and was holding said dagger at his side; the dark ruby blood dripping slowly from its tip. Myk really would have preferred to make friends, but he knew better than to expect such. And so, he was on his guard, hopeful, but careful nevertheless.

Eirik heard hook shout and also heard the fighting. Keeping his gun in hand he taps his cane and runs into a few walls. If anyone hurt his childe he would hurt them because he had things to teach his childe that had not been taught before Hook had disappeared. Eirik rounded the corner where the sounds where coming form and shouted "Hook you okay. If anyone has harmed Hook you will have me to deal with. I will not see him hurt. I have to much to teach him." Eirik had his gun trained on where the sound had come from and would shoot if he had to. He also had items for Hook that he knew he needed. Zombies where the worst thing to kill. Yes he was blind but he had his other senses.

Ebrbos struggled with the creature that was trying to claw, bite him, kill him. Wait, vampires were already dead. Those were questions he should have asked, he had tons of questions but he didn't exactly stick around, no he just wanted to get away. Go back to his room and just sleep, and hope it had all been just a bad dream. No such luck of course. His luck ran out once he came to this city, hadn't it.

He pushed against the creature, what he wouldn't give for his combat gear and his weapons, he didn't think he would need it still.

He could barely follow where the white haired person went until the creature had a dagger in its head. He blinked then felt the dead weight hit him, he hit the ground but he managed to shove the creature off of him from there.

Erebos looked up, he wasn't sure if he was going to be next with a dagger in his head but then they asked if he was alight. He thought a moment, "I was alright a week ago, now I guess...I'm okay.." he said with a sigh, leaning his head agaisnt the wall. "Thanks, I'm...new to this stuff." he said, looking off where Pan's voice was coming from. "I'm fine! Don't come in here shooting.." he called out, while he knew very well the 'disabled' can do many amazing things and he was slightly disabled himself, he just couldn't see a blind man, vampire or not, hitting the right target. Maybe he had sonar or something. He ran a hand through his hair, his hook rested on his knee.

The white-haired Telepath was quiet, observing what was going on around him in case these things may end up being his last sights. Myk wasn’t afraid of death, but that didn’t make him suicidal. He looked the man on the floor over carefully, studying his facial features and deciding that he looked nice enough to trust. He was handsome and had kind eyes, making the Telepath’s pewter orbs soften. The man’s story made Myk’s heart soften too; something bad must have happened to him and he was struggling with it. The mystery alone was enough to catch his attention, but then it didn’t hurt that he was rather pleasing on the eyes. Myk was going to approach right away and give the man a hand onto his feet – which quickly seemed like a poor joke had he implied anything insensitive – but any action on Myk’s part was disturbed by the presence of the other. The other man, this one’s companion no doubt, came around the corner like a wrecking ball and Myk wasn’t sure which way he would swing next. Pewter eyes fell on the gun in his hand, grey eyebrows twisting into a frown. He would have hissed if the sound from the man on the ground hadn’t jumped in first and told the other man not to fire. Myk relaxed his hackles for the meantime and returned the dagger to its sheath.

Although he didn’t know whether or not he was overstepping his mark, Myk did approach the man on the floor and held out a hand for him. Bent over as he was, the long hair fell over his shoulders, framing his elegant white features with even more white. It was a stark contrast to his clothing and even his nails, which had been painted and shaved into black claws. Myk was willing to forgo introductions until they were all standing and happy with one another.

“Let me help you up,” Myk said to the man. There didn’t seem to be any hostility in the air, so Myk was all smiles and sunshine. If the man would allow it, Myk would help him to his feet and look between them.

Eirik heard Hook say he was okay and holstered the weapon. Making his way to the sound of the voices which included Hook and someone else he rounded the corners. "Hook you okay? I have been looking for you everywhere. Who is your friend?"[/blue] He makes his way to the voices keeping a hand out to feel where he is going . He needed to find Hook so he could tell him more things that he knew. Even if what he knew was little.

Erebos sighed softly, he wasn't sure if he wanted to see his sire at the moment. Though he suppose he shouldn't be overly bitter. He was sort of alive. Not dead at least. But these creatures were just another thing he just didn't want to deal with. Could his PTSD get worse? Flashes of light, gun fire, bangs were bad enough, thinking about what happened but now every loud noise he would wonder if there was some creature trying to chew his face off.

He looked to the rather white male, "Thanks." he said, holding out his hand and got up with his help. As soon as he was on his feet, he was checking his hook for damage. These things were not cheap and he wasn't exactly near a VA hospital. He didn't see any damage to it and lowered it, eyeing his sire. "I don't know. He just sort of saved my life...course not really alive..hmm.." he said, thinking about it. He had no idea. "I'm fine." he added, "I didn't want to be found for awhile. I needed to deal with this but of course my mediation isn't working as I can't get a damn thing. Can't even drink a beer. What hell have I been placed in." he said. He closed his eyes, doing calming breaths. Wait...did he even breath anymore? Nope, nope don't think about that. Do what your shrink told you to.

"Sorry...hum.." Erebos said, looking to the freakishly white guy. "My name is Erebos. That guy over there is the one who turned me into a vampire." he said, "I'm assuming you're one too...cause of well...that." he said, pointing to the dead creature.
