Business owner - Owns one bound to her farm and also has a shop in the Honeymead Market area, so potential chance for overhearing gossip and/or knowing vaguely of Wendigo through shared contacts/buzz. The business bound to her farm sells ritual ingredients and equipment, so there's also a chance for her to have knowledge of anyone joining the team that's involved in that particular activity.
She's a ritualist of average ability herself, so rudimentary magic/location of targets is not beyond her.
The farm she owns is fairly remote and has top notch security, so might be a good place to corral any targets of their ire and/or to interrogate them.
Fairly charismatic despite her megalomania curse and also has an okay speechcraft skill.
Some contacts within the blood thief community, so potentially able to put out feelers that the rest of the team might not be able to.
Pulse of Death RP power, which could be... interesting. Also has the Withering Touch curse which could be amusing when it comes to the extraction of information.
Low level training with both firearms and martial arts.

Wendigo has a number of strengths. From greatest to least, I'd say:
Digo is primarily a businessman these days. He has four fully-developed businesses in the areas of medicine, information technology, engineering, and politics. He has enough contacts (and enough money) to locate and buy a lot of information, and would literally drop a million dollars this second without hesitation if it meant guaranteeing that he was the first to find the Reporter and their information.
He is also a great B&E specialist, with shadow and illusionist powers to bolster this. What Digo can't buy, he steals. Sometimes he steals things just because it's cheaper or more discreet to do so.
While not a grid-based strength, perhaps, Digo is completely without remorse, attachment, or pity. While he feels that torture isn't an effective way to gather information, he would do absolutely terrible things to the associates of the Reporter (or their families) without thinking twice about it. If he thinks it will get him what he needs to guarantee the safety of the Vampire Community, he will do things that would turn the stomachs of all but the most depraved Vampires.
He is a solid combatant with powers to support combat. He can even bring down or scare off Lionelli Overlords about 1/3rd of the time. If it comes to taking anyone by brute force, he will be effective and ruthless.
He is a decent tracker with some powers to support tracking. We can't track the reporter directly, but if we get associates, we should be able to track them. I think other people will be better at this though.
In a pinch, Wendigo has powers that will bolster his ability to interrogate humans. He can Read Memories, Intimidate, and Confuse. Hopefully someone is going to be more social than he is though.
if you make that '2' fully developed companies, one an arms import export, one an assassination for hire....Digo-mun described mordie
the 2 things i can add on is it has been established thru an earlier impact thread, Mordechai's sniper skills, and he has a 4 star proficiency in hunting, 2star in street etiquette. combine those skillsets makes him an efficent at pest extermination

Sorry I haven't been around, the past few days, been busy with Christmas. I'm not sure how Klara would find out, she knows Zo or possibly hacked and found out, if it's too hard I can bow out.

Sorry. Busy Holiday Season. Travel, family, video games, getting engaged, food, work... you know, the usual :)
Back to work.
I'm all for getting this started with Zodiac doing some voodoo to learn what's happening, then contacting Mordie, who contacts me, and then having Digo ring the bell, so to speak.
