Charlie sat in the HRU Sports Bar, one elbow on the table, hand bent, chin resting in her hand, eyes 'gazing' at one of the many TVs that were in there, 'watching' Rugby as she waited for her food. Really though she was once again hacking into the random systems, and this was a good place to do it. There were tons of people for one, but the main draw was the fact that it was so close to the school that should she get caught, they would think that the hacker was in the school itself not in the bar where so many people would notice someone using a laptop. Only, Charlie wasn't using a laptop. That made her smirk ever so slightly, there were definite perks to being able to log into the internet through one's mind. Best use of energy - EVER -.
All around, people were coming, going, coming again. Guys - and some girls - were screaming at the various TV's, cheering, chanting, cursing, crying... all because this team or that team was winning, or losing or playing what is basically tennis with the scoreboard. This team scores, that team scores... Charlie really couldn't give a ****, but then at the same time, she couldn't knock the food in this place. She loved the food here, actually she loved the food everywhere in this city. She was wondering if all the chefs in the various restaurants around the city were all vampires. That being the undead was really giving them a head above the rest when it came to cooking food.
As she thought about this, her food that she had ordered came to her. A cheeseburger so greasy it could be rung out like a sponge and Poutine and to top it off an Ice cold beer - that she would never get a buzz from, not that beer was known for giving her a buzz anyways. Still, the arrival of her food had her shifting from her bored look to one of more attention, sitting up straight, elbows off the table - despite everyone else in the room - and her eyes on the food, well mostly on her food, she also kept an eye out for trouble as well.
