Is there somewhere you can walk around and pick up gun parts like you can melee weapon parts?

In related news, Hellequin made a 15, 14, 9 weapon. Which I believe would be the best weapon in the game so far. Ripper bought it soon after. :D

Yea I saw that.. I would have bought it if I had the coin.. but alas.. Doc is such a real estate whore.
