AND! I think it has the best light out of the three. I'm not sure what you did--brighten it or what, but the lighting in the B&W banner is superb. (Though, I'm a fan of the color in the first one, tbh.)

I think the bags/scars/etc. on his face give him character. There aren't very many characters over the age of 40 in this game. And if they are, they're too pretty.

They aren't saying the lines are a bad thing, they're saying the lighting softens them. >.>

I think that what was meant that sometimes softening those lines are not needed. They are a map of someone's life. No reason to hide them. :) I wear mine with pride, lol. ;)
I like seeing the lines, they add a lot to the character and make you think they have really lived a life worth talking about.
The blue one is the best, imo.
