[Drusilla (DELETED 1332)]

Dru was shopping, hoping to feel better, it always made her feel better before. A new outfit, a new comic book or video game. That would help get her mind off of things. She was also looking into getting a new sketch book for drawing her fashion designs in.

She was window shopping in front of a clothing store, always taking in the new trends and thinking about how she would improve something if it were her own design. She looked over, feeling herself being watched. She saw a young man there, he had looked away when she turned her head. Not thinking anything of it, she walked off and got distracted by another shop. Video games. She could get lost while playing a game. Maybe that would be the best distraction. Although riding the horses at Kira’s new place had been fun and relaxing but a game, she could keep on playing into the day until she just passed out.

She blinked, looking back over. There was that guy again. His eyes widened and looked away. Dru quickly looked back to the store. Should she be flattered or creeped out? The whole look then look away thing was something done as a teenager wasn’t it. Well, men were slow to grow up weren’t they.

A car with a loud bass drove by, at the same time a group of loud females went by her. A few of them were typing away texts on their phone, the sounds all at once were loud. Dru held her head, she heard a kid screaming at their parents and she wasn’t even sure how far away that was. The vampire hearing getting the better of her.

Dru started to flicker, putting her hands in front of her. Not again. Not now. She looked back at the man, this was worse than him noticing she wasn’t reflected in the glass window. His eyes were wide, his jaw dropped. He quickly turned and ran away. “Wait!” Dru called after him but she phased out.

When she phased back in at the same spot, she wasn’t sure how much time passed. She hoped it wasn’t long. “Damn it.” Dru said, she felt like kicking or punching something. What was she going to do now? That guy might be long gone, off telling his story to someone and saying what she looked like. She didn’t want to see the shadow realm for a screw up that wasn’t her fault.

She needed help. She had bridged to allurist but she wasn’t sure how good she was at it. She sent a message to Kira. Are you decent? I need you now! she said in her head. Once she got a replying saying she was decent, she summoned her sister to her.

Dru grabbed a hold of Kira. “I have a problem. Some guy saw me phase in and out! We need to find him.” She said in a panic. “Hum, hum, read my memories so you know what he looks like.” She said, that was a good start right.

Kira had spent some of the night putting traps together. She was missing parts...she sighed. She would have to go on a stealing spree later. She got up and headed upstairs, she figured Reggie was out trying to get her black feral blood. She still needed to check to see if she had anything but that storage was in the QZ. She didn't feel like going at the moment, it wasn't something she needed right away.

She sat down on her bed, poking Sof who purr meowed and rolled over, looking at her. When she got the message in her head, she blinked. Dru sure didn't sound calm. She looked down at herself. Decent? Guess she could have been in the shower, at least she asked first. She gave her a quick reply saying she was so and then felt the pull of being summoned.

Kira stared at Dru as the woman grabbed her, explaining the reason for distress. That was a problem. She nodded about reading her memories, but it didn't work like that. "I can't see him..." she said. There were only so many things that could done about this. He could be turned. Otherwise killing him or keeping him locked up would be the only way. Kira already had a thrall. But wasn't Dru gaining allurist powers?

"We need to find him." Kira said, taking Dru's hand and dragged her off to the nearest net cafe. "Do your hacking thing." she said. "Need more information in order to track him. Or maybe you can get into the cameras and spot where he went to."

Dru blinked, do her hacking thing? She never hacked into traffic cameras. She sat down, staring at the computer a moment before her fingers flew across the keyboard. The police, they had everything. She looked through the feeds. "T-There he is!" she hissed softly. He was still running. She was able to do the facial program. He only had a minor crime on his record for stealing when he was young but what she was after was his address. "I hope this is current." she said, she pointed to the information. He had to be going to his apartment by now.

She quickly closed everything down. "Let's get out of here before the police figure it out." she said, and headed out the door. She had the address in her head, making her way to the apartment building. Once outside the door, she listened for noises. "There's someone inside.." she said, moving away and looked to Kira for help. "He'll freak out if I'm here for sure. You...knock..and." she said, holding her head. "I don't know what to do." she said with a sob, flickering again.

Kira kept up with Dru as they headed to the apartment the human was in. She saw on the file that the man's name was Jesse. She watched as Dru listened for movement inside. "Calm down.." she said, not wanting Dru to phase out. She touched her shoulder for a moment. "You will need to decide what to do after I get a hold of him..."

She knocked on the door and waited for him to answer, she was thankful it was him that answered the door and the address was right. He seemed nervous though, most likely still tripping on what he had seen before. She smiled her best fake smile to make her seem friendly. She pushed her way inside as soon as she saw him relax. "Shh...calm down." she said, using her powers. She grabbed a hold of him and pulled him further into the apartment. She pushed him into a chair, keeping a hand on his shoulder to keep him from getting back up.

"Dru..." she said, waiting for her sister to follow her in. It really would be a waste to have to kill him just because of this and not being a bad person, locking him up doesn't seem right.

Dru followed her inside timidly. Seeing Kira had him down on a chair, making sure he couldn't move. "I-I don't know what to do." she said. She tried to stay calm. She pulled a chair up in front of him and sat down. "Listen Jesse.."

"How do you know my name!?" Jesse exclaimed.

Dru stared, "We...had looked you up...that's how we knew where you lived." she said, "Please don't freak out." she said. "You saw something you shouldn't have. I need to make sure you're not going to tell anyone."

The man stared at her like she was crazy. "You went in and out of this world. What are you? Are you an alien?" he said, he looked back at Kira. "Is she an alien too?" he asked. He sure felt funny a moment ago and that blonde woman must have been the reason for it.

"We're not aliens.." Dru replied, she sighed softly. Could he be trusted not to report this? She looked up at Kira, looking for guidance but it seemed like Kira wanted her to decide what to do on her own. How does one make a thrall? She would want him to have freedom, just not tell anyone about what he saw. She leaned forward, "I hope...I'm doing this right." she said. She put her hands on either side of his face, focusing on his eyes.

"What are you doing?" Jesse said, struggling but their grip on him was strong. After a moment, he started to feel calm and an dying need to do whatever this woman asked of him. "What...What were we talking about?" he asked. "And who are you?" he added cursorily.

Dru sighed softly. It seemed to work. "My name is Drusilla, or Dru. This is Kira." she said.

"Huh?" Jesse said, he looked back at the other woman, "Oh." he said, forgetting she was even there. He looked back at Dru and smiled, "I'd do anything for you, what you want of me." he said and went to hug her.

Dru scooted back into the chair. "Kira! Is this normal!?" she said, wide eyed.

Kira watched intently then the man's attitude towards them, well Dru anyway. She let out a sigh and pushed the man down into the chair as he went to hug Dru. "Stay." she muttered, she let go of him and went to stand next to Dru. "It may take a bit for that to wear off a little..." she said, "Dave used to act differently at first, now he's pretty normal. Might just take some time."

She sat down nearby. "Well...wonder what he is good at.." she said, "Think my job is done now, yes?" she said and got up to leave.
